Sitting around having breakfast, refresh the youtube page and see this, man I love it, I've been looking forward to this one but I wasn't sure it would happen after the shit show with the Shawn Ryan Show episodes
Fuck yes. Thanks for grabbing the torch and fuckin interviewing Dallas. God bless Shawn Ryan and all you guys. God bless the boys who didn’t come home. The ain’t dead, they’re just one lap ahead.
@20:18 - So my understanding is that the reason we hear ourselves differently than others hear us when we sing is because part of what we hear when we sing comes internally from bone conduction in our face which is a different sound and resonance so we actually physically hear something different to what a listener hears. Pretty interesting…
I believe it’s also in part due to the shape/volume of the head & the distance between the vocal cords & eardrums with how sound reflects off the surroundings.
Great interview. Love seeing Dallas on another podcast after The Shawn Ryan Show. Would be great if Andy could help refocus information for the listeners only the way Rogan does in the section where Dallas describes their sniper hide as being the same size as the room they're presently in (looked ~20'x15'/7mx5m room in the video Shawn Ryan released and then took down).
Really appreciate the contrast between Andy's and Shawn's take on an interview. Feel I learned more about Dallas as a person vs what Shawn did. Superb session Andy! Please like the video fellow commenters as it helps Andy grow the podcast!
@@seanmccandless9276 I love the fact that we have the choice to pick and choose what we want to watch. Andy and Shawn have much different podcast due to their personalities I think.
