In fact, I see a black slide where the video should start. If you can help with this issue, that would be great. I am learning a lot.

This is incredibly helpful, thankyou! It seems that this works great if you do not need to see the video boxes of all the participants, correct? Do you have a setup you would recommend if I and members of the class were to have our videos ON to feel that sense of "being together"? Thanks again, great and helpful video!
Glad you found it helpful! Same setup - but if you're screen sharing it doesn't show all the images - only a vertical row of a few of them. What I do is stop sharing when I want to engage in discussion with the attendees so they can all see each other.

I type in open as popup - nothing, open as pop up, nothing, open, nothing. Nothing no matter what I type in for the extension. Yes, I'm in Chrome. It's all I use.

The same thing happened to me when I went to Window> Extension. However, when I clicked on the apps icon, I was able to find it there...

You don't even share the basics of how to start a presentation in Zoom...? All of a sudden you're just in zoom.
You'll see at 3:18 seconds is where I start the zoom presentation - after I have my presentation set up.
