The true definition of working smarter, not harder. I worked at a TSC store many years ago, and one customer bought 5 of the pull behind mowers, and attachment rods in one day. I thought the guy was crazy at the time. Doesn't look so crazy now.

What y'all DON'T understand is ALL the moving parts that need R&R and adjustments on a bush hog type stuff, I did similar by stripping ALL of the original stuff off my 60" Swisher & mounted 3 deperate Harbor Frieght engines to the deck with blades directly to each engine, BLADES are cheaper, if the engine craps out it is a meer $150.00 replacement
Absolutely AWESOME. 13 mowers. Discharge to the rear. Everybody started 1st pull. 246 inch / 13 mowers = about 19 inches per mower I would guess the mowers are 21 inches. Well done. I connected 2 mowers with 2x4s once, but I had to push them, and at the time, it was great fun. Didn't use it for long, but the yard looked AWESOME. THANKS FOR THINKING! [EDIT: Put your ear protectors on BEFORE starting the 13 mowers.]

Now add an electric start for all of them that's hookrd up to the main mower. Throw in a control system if they need to be started sequentially to reduce electrical load.

As a teenager I worked on a sod farm. My job was to drive a Jeep with the widest tires I've ever seen and a 20-ft gang mower. I was one of few people who could stay awake to finish the field. The owner's son once fell asleep at the wheel and drove into a 15 ft deep drainage ditch.
There is a company in Indiana that did this at an angle. It was used at a golf course and the cut was fantastic. It contours very well. I say it almost 35 years ago.
Each of those mowers cost about $300 new and then you have to have something to pull them. (Riding mower with no deck 500 used) Nah, better off buying a new zero turn.
