    I am super happy and satisfied with these excercises!! These actually work! I was suffering from irregular periods and I did not get my periods since 2 months. I just excercised for 3 days and on 4th day I got my periods!! This is a life saver ❤️❤️

    I got my period after 8month...I have done these exercises for almost two weeks and had a healthy food... Sure it will work but we need a patience and dont lose hope.. For everyone our body conditions differs.. So it will take time..

      I did it every morning. Sometimes If I dint get time I will do in the evening. I did this yoga as exactly shown in the video the number of times.

    Exercises are good.. but try to slow the pace down.. so that people following you and can go in the same pace as you.. pausing for every eccercise and coming back is not very comfortable

      @@mansipawar2210 diet cannot go with u life long...mindful n healthy eating is what u need....also dnt stress on things make healthy living a lifestyle...things will come to you easily....Also cheating is important once a week or a month coz it keeps u motivated throughout...stick to homemade food... that's best always stick to ur genes that's all i can say

      See I am a 14 year old girl. I have pcod and obesity with colestrol. First I was 73 kgs. I had only fruits for breakfast (1 fruit eg; 1 pomegranate) no snacks in between. Lunch at 1:30. Small amount of rice and vegetables. After eating no drinking of water even one sip. Walk for 20 mins then drink water as much as u want. 5:00 to 6:30 exercise ( play store; type lose weight; red colour icon with fat girl and a leen girl; download and do regularly) got my periods within 2 days, don't do exercise in periods diet should be continued lost 4 kgs in a week! Now I am 69 kgs. Try this sure it will help. And dinner you can eat anything but no rice. And walk for 20 mins then drink water. Consult a doctor. I am taking homeopathy medicines and doing this diet plan. My doctor suggested this diet plan. Thanks for him try this. And do reflexology massage for irregular periods. That will help you to get periods faster with 2 days.

    I am 21 yers old .. I have a scitica pain ... So can i do this excersize for irregular periods ? I also having irregular periods problem .. So please suggest me, can i do or not this excersize for irregular periods ..& do this excersize during my scitica pain ?

    Can any tell I got periods after 16 days after my period it was like remnants of the first , will I conceive futher
