Exercises are good.. but try to slow the pace down.. so that people following you and can go in the same pace as you.. pausing for every eccercise and coming back is not very comfortable

See I am a 14 year old girl. I have pcod and obesity with colestrol. First I was 73 kgs. I had only fruits for breakfast (1 fruit eg; 1 pomegranate) no snacks in between. Lunch at 1:30. Small amount of rice and vegetables. After eating no drinking of water even one sip. Walk for 20 mins then drink water as much as u want. 5:00 to 6:30 exercise ( play store; type lose weight; red colour icon with fat girl and a leen girl; download and do regularly) got my periods within 2 days, don't do exercise in periods diet should be continued lost 4 kgs in a week! Now I am 69 kgs. Try this sure it will help. And dinner you can eat anything but no rice. And walk for 20 mins then drink water. Consult a doctor. I am taking homeopathy medicines and doing this diet plan. My doctor suggested this diet plan. Thanks for him try this. And do reflexology massage for irregular periods. That will help you to get periods faster with 2 days.
