  • While the mechanics of menstruation are something all women have in common, each woman experiences her period differently. Though most would agree that it's not the most enjoyable time of each month, responses vary from an appreciation of fertility, to annoyance, to being curled up in pain, to disregard.
    For any female, getting menstruation is not just a sign of fertility but also of her health and overall fitness. Yoga is the effective exercise to cure irregular periods naturally. Irregular period is common in women. Yoga is the best medicine to cure problems like menstruation disorder, heavy blood flow and painful menstruation periods. Every female must practice yoga poses and make yoga a part of her daily regime to cope with menstrual disorders.
    Here are 10 yoga poses that will cure irregular periods.

    Dhanurasana - Bow Pose
    Dhanurasana or the Bow Pose is one of the 12 basic Hatha Yoga poses. It is also one of the three main back stretching exercises. It gives the entire back a good stretch, thus imparting flexibility as well as strength to the back. This pose is so called because it looks like an archer's bow, the torso and legs representing the body of the bow, and the arms the string.

    Ustrasana - Camel Pose
    Camel Pose (Ustrasana) is a backbending yoga posture that opens the entire front side of the body. It is an intermediate level back-bending yoga posture known to open Anahata (Heart chakra). This yoga posture adds flexibility and strength to the body and also helps in improving digestion.

    Matsyasana - Fish Pose
    Fish Pose is a back-bending yoga posture that opens the chest, throat, and abdomen. It is usually used as the counter-pose to Shoulderstand (Sarvangasana) because it neutralizes pressure on the neck and spine, but it is also a deep stretch with many benefits in its own. The name of the posture derives from the fact that if you adopt the position in water, you will float quite easily. Try to hold the pose for half of the time that you spent in the Shoulderstand, in order to equalize the stretching effects on your spine ans muscles.

    Baddhakonasana - Butterfly Pose
    Badhakonasana is also popularly known as the Butterfly Pose because of the movement of the legs during the posture, giving the appearance of a butterfly flapping its wings. Targeting primarily the legs, it is the perfect antidote to relax and stretch the muscles of the legs. This yoga pose will relax your body, mind and soul that will comfort your tired feet.

    Bhujangasana - Cobra Pose
    The name comes from the Sanskrit words bhujanga meaning 'snake' or 'serpent' and asana meaning 'posture' or 'seat'. From a prone position with palms and legs on the floor, the chest is lifted. Bhujangasana may strengthen the spine, stretch the chest, shoulders, and abdomen, firm the buttocks, and relieve stress and fatigue. Traditional texts say that Bhujangasana increases body heat, destroys disease, and awakens kundalini.

    Adho Mukha Svanasana - Downward Facing Dog
    Adho Mukha Svanasana posture replicates a dog bending forward, hence the name downward facing dog pose. This asana can be practiced by any beginner too and with all its benefits, one should include it as a part of daily yoga practice. It is a standing pose and mild inversion that builds strength while stretching the whole body.

    I was normally having regular periods but this time due to so much Stress and imbalance in diet I got my periods late so I have done these yoga postures just for 10 minutes at evening time and I have got my periods the next day morning itself!!
    HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!

And everyday I do 4 poses ustrasana, dhanurasana, baddhakonasana and bhujangasana in evening for 20-25 minutes (4 poses, each pose 3 times) . Can you please tell me Ma'am, if I am following right process??

    This is the first time I am commenting on any UA-cam video so want to let everyone know that these yoga WORKS !!
    It's been 4 months I haven't got my periods and after doing this yoga 2 days it started...also to clear out the confusion I did each of these yoga poses for nearly 45-50 seconds

      I do for 45-50 seconds but till the time I can hold in that pose and then do it again...I try to hold for 7-8 seconds but with practice you can maximize till 10-13 seconds

    💯 Reccomended because my period was late for 5 months, i did this and the next day my period came. I just followed the video ( no extend time for the yoga, just followed the video) I'm very grateful. Thank you so much ❤️ if ur period didn't came yet. Try this until u got your period.     My period was almost 7 month gap I did this exercise regularly in the morning for 10 minutes with full concentration with empty stomach and in day 27 my period starts 😊So happy thank you.Girls I request you all to give 10 minutes if you have irregular period .Let's motivate eachother.
    For reminding:if you stop this yoga it will again delay your perod .I ' m starting again .Lets hope for the result 😢😅

    These yoga postures work miraculously. I am a pcod patients for last 5 years. I have always struggled with my periods. The moment I started yoga I got my periods within 4 days. I was not having my periods for last 3 months. I will continue yoga.

    Girls, these yoga poses are really effective and they do work
    I had irregular periods for 2-3 months.. And i tried some of these poses and it really worked, i got periods on 4th day. I hope ladies out there with such menstrual problems try out these poses for better and regular periods ❤️

    Girls..These are beautiful methods to make your periods regular.... My period was late and I was a bit lot worried, I was stressed too.... It was then I searched all through the net... And one of the best remedy was this... I had my periods late for 20 days.. Then i did these asanas for about 1 week.... I expected a very fast change as per the comments... But after 1 week... I was hopeless i didn't do that evening.... But that day night i was astonished i got my periods back...
    So what i would suggest is that... Dont give up if u didnt get the result very fast... Wait for it.. Continue doing... Pray to god... Be relaxed... Be happy... This is completely normal.... And i have taken a decision to continue doing this... Throughout because its suuuper good.... Love and light to all✨✨✨

    Hey there!!! This is so healing and it really works. I was 23 days late for my periods. I was very worried, I didn't want to use medicine to induce periods. I tried out almost every thing. I did yoga, spot jogging, medidation and heard this audio daily before sleeping for about 7 days. Everything worked collectively and today on my 23rd day I got my periods finally😭😭😭😭😭..I'm so so so happy today.. Thank you God. I hope it is helpful for every girl🙏 please don't lose hope and do yoga also along with it. You'll certainly get results.

    These yoga poses are purely magical. I usually have regular periods but this month it got delayed by 50 days. I was completely stressed out. I tried all home remedy but nothing worked out. I tried this yoga as my last resort. The first day I did these poses I got spotting I kept continuing it I got my periods. I was so worried about going to doctor and getting a hormone treatment. Thanks to this. Highly recommended. 👌👌👌👌👌

    I normally don't do yoga. I suffer from PCOS for 11yrs and my periods are very irregular, maximum 6times per year and that is with medication. I did these poses for 2weeks and some days and period came naturally after 3 months of no period.... so I'd definitely encourage anyone to do it... other than it, it is very relaxing aswell.

    I was feeling hopeless because my period was a few days late, being stuck in my luteal phase was ugh. Super bloated, thinking: have I gained 20 pounds or is it my period, feeling sad blah blah. I also have had a lot of stress lately from a family emergency so I was worried about skipping a period.
    I did this for 2 days and my period came!! SUCH a relief. Thank you thank you thank you ♥️

      @@bhavyalawaniya5990 yoga is best done in morning empty stomach ... But if you are busy in morning then it can be done in evening as well only thing to take care is eat a meal 2-3 hours before yoga ... It should not be done on full stomach ..

    Day 1 update -Yoga asanas are amazing. While doing them now, I have realized how stiff my body has become. Some of them are slightly difficult to do or to achieve the perfect form. Will try to do them daily and hopefully soon will be able to do the asanas in proper form 😊
    I also have pcod, so excited for the magic that these asanas bring in my life . Will update how did it go.

    I wasn’t having my period for 81 says.

    Yes it's working. I practice 7-8 poses for 30 sec. From day 1 and I got my period in day 5. I never had any period problem but in lockdown it becomes irregular. I was so afraid about it. But then the yoga comes to rescue ❤❤😊 will continue it

      Sec each postures. And need to follow a good diet plan as well

    These really do work. Tried this regularly after my periods were delayed. I read the comment section if it works and found that many people benefitted from it. The major problem with today's youth is that they lack patience. Yoga works on the root cause of the ailments and hence it is a slow process. I read people getting their periods back in 4-5 days after doing this. But always remember good things take time. It took 8-9 days for me to get my periods. Do not lose hope. Just keep doing it as it will help in longer run. Don't stop doing this after you get your periods instead add this to your routine as these asanas has various other benefits. Also try to have a fixed sleep schedule as it helps all the organs to function properly. Keep glowing!

      @@priyankajamadar193 ji aap kar sakti hai. Do this in the morning after you get up. Also sleep on the same time and get up on a fixed time daily as sleep cycles affect our periods. You will surely see results. And please don't get upset or expect quick results as good things take time.

    Thanks for this video.These asanas actually helped! I have had irregular periods sometimes,but this time it had really worried me,as i had not had periods for 2 consecutive months. I came across this video,did these asanas for 5-6 days along with some reflexology and finally got my periods back! 🙂....thank u thank u.I will continue doing these,might make my menses absolutely regular.
    Oh and btw: people who have done these for some days and still have not got their periods,plz continue...u see ur cycle will not magically change.These yogas will help regulate hormones and make ur uterus contract better etc, but u have to give some amount of time to ur body to get the ovulation done,uterine lining built and sloughed off(a complete cycle)...that will take a few days longer for some people.Don't get discouraged,these asanas really help.

    Saw this video today and practiced these yoga poses for about 30 minutes. I have irregular periods 🙃 I didn't get my periods since 4 months. Hoping to get the results 🙏 I will post it once I get my periods
    Day 2:- I practiced thses poses today as well. Feeling somewhat good and confident ✌looking forward to get my periods 🙃
    4th day: I'm here to thank the ladies whoever involved in this video 😭❣🙏because I got my periods just by practicing these yoga poses for only 2 days. Seriously every girl whoever facing irregular periods issues should first try this.
    Should consult doctor only if this doesn't work because doctor just suggests tons of medication which is very depressing 😕

    I would 200% recommend this.Yeah it is working!I never had regular periods and by this time my period was delayed for 2 1/2 months,I tried out all ways and finally go to know about these yoga excercises .Am a beginner to yoga yet I did these exercises only once(3 sets for about 30 secs each)and got my periods after 12hours..Don't lose hope guys,you will also get yours,just follow these!

    Saw this on my recommended and decided to try it. I still have a week left before its due so I didn't think anything would happen.. Three hours later I've got horrendous cramps and heavy bleeding -
    Definitely not gonna do this again unless my period is actually late .

    Guys it's 10000% recommended. I was 8 days late for my periods and I was panicking alot until I find this. I did it twice and had kadha. The butterfly asana helped me alot. If you are not good in yoga, try stretching and do butterfly asana as much as you can along with spot jogging.

    I did these 10 Asanas for around 30s 2 times each aasana. Since I’m a beginner , I wasn’t able to do the aasanas exactly the way they did.However I did it for 3 days in empty stomach , on the 3rd day I had a bit of cramps and the next day my cramps very more painful. And on the 5th day I got my period. These aasans are really effective do try them no harm ❤️😊

    Keep patience girls pls do not take stress it will delay ur periods further.
    Just be positive do some yoga. I tried all teas with different ingredients it didn't help immediately but when I stopped being tensed and left it on the universe I got my periods almost after a month ❤❤
    So in life there is solution for everything it'd just we need to find a way with calmness

    Thank you for sharing this video. It really works. I thought I would get my periods after 2 or 3 days like many people who have commented. But i didn't. I got my periods on my 7th day. I just want to say people who are stressed about not getting periods even after doing all these asana, please don't ! Just do them everyday and one day you'll and if it gets delayed more , just reach out to a doctor :)

      Because I don't miss my periods, but it just get delayed for for 5-6 days every month

    My periods delayed 4 months and too much worried consulted doctors and tried medicines but no use. After doing this exercise I got my periods within 1 hour and it's tooo amazing of life. I recommend u this. This 10000000000000% good for fast periods

    will recommend this for sure to all the ones having irregular periods ..saying this from my experience... I was really worried earlier about not getting periods for a month after my due date and was not favoring medicines for the same... watched this video ...did the same for 4 days....and problem solved

    When I came to here, I saw one most frequent comment "I got my periods in 3days after doing this yoga".. So I decided to see, Is it really true or not?.... But it is true, I too got my periods in 3days ( I was late for 60days)...

    I'm have PCOS problem... I didn't get my periods for 5 months... I'm worried about that... But this video helped me... Tried yesterday morning and that evng I got period cramps and yes I got my periods... Tq so much... ☺️☺️☺️

      @@apuchandra2725 I did every pose two times... if you are new to yoga dont force to bend body... Bend as much as u can.. do it slowly... I'm sure it helps... No drinks required... Hope you'll get your periods soon... 🙂

    100000% recommended video..i just got this video by my friend. She had suggested this video and i just followed the exercises that have been shown in that. I had followed them for nearly four days and i got the period on fifth day and by the by for last 3 months i didn't got my periods ..after doing these exercises finally i got my period ..thank you very much😇

    It's really worked in my case, my period was 6 to 7 days late , I do this yoaga for 3 days for 30 mins, on 4day I was like k it's not working but exactly on 4th day I got my period allhamduallah
