This video is beyond useless and takes forever to explain a thing that could be explained in a 10 second reel. The head camera does not help too. Thanks for wasting everyone's time.
Thank you! I've had the red plastic one for years and never knew how to replace the blade. Was just about to throw it out when I decided to try and find info on UA-cam and found your video. It wasn't exactly the same but close enough for me to figure it out. Thank you!
Thank you. I have one like the red one. I have had a stroke and sometimes I forget little things like how to change the blade of a knife I worked with for decades. I voice searched and it took me to your video. Thank you!!
Love that!! Thank you for your comment and I’m glad it helped. Not the best quality or filming from me but so glad it helped. Comments like that make me want to keep it up!! 🙏
On the thin red handle cutter, a lot of the demonstration is out of frame and often your hand conceals the mechanism. But, I get the general idea of it. Thanks
Dave - your video has the bottom cut off. I have the three black pieces off but now cannot see how they go back together. I need a CLOSE UP Video. Help
Terrible video skills, lol, but fun. Hire a teenager to do it for you next time! Seriously, keep the object under discussion within the frame and closer to the lens, and talk slower and point out every feature in detail.
Can’t see how it works if you take the knife off camera below the frame. Also, your camera has a zoom. So we don’t have to squint from optical six feet away.
I’m sorry but next time could you be sure that we can see all of the picture. Half the time all we get is the tip of the tool your working on and have no idea what your doing. I appreciate your efforts but terrible video.
Haha... I have one of the thin, multi-blade types that I was banging my head over. As soon as I saw the rear cap pop off, I slapped my forehead -- dead simple. Thanks! Praise the teachers! And praise UA-cam -- one of the greatest learning resources on the planet!
I found the lesson moved to fast and the knife wasn't always center on camera. Now I have my knife apart and I can't figure out how to put it back. lol
Dzięki za pokaz. Gdybyś nagrał to wideo umieszczając swobodnie w kadrze Twoje dłonie a nie same palce z mało widocznym nożykiem, to byłabym zachwycona... Musi mi zadziałać wyobraźnia! Za sam temat bardzo dziękuję i pozdrawiam.
Thx, very helpful. Have a Heikio ratcheting breakaway blade type like your red one there. Excellent box cutters, but was puzzled at how to remove the blades.
I gave myself a headache trying to figure out a cheap plastic knife. I think most of it was fear something would snap and I'd lose a finger. Thank you!!!
it was dizzying to watch your video. You need a fixed camera for your vlogging .
I got four replacement blades with my box cutter, never knew how to replace them until now.
I couldn't tell what you were doing. After 5 minutes of staring at everything on my worktable, I figured it out.
Isn’t the second box cutter segmented? You can pop the bottom piece out and there’s a groove you stick into the blade and pop it off
Thank you! THAT is what i was looking for, how to do. :D
Literally trynna do that can't figure it out
Same

And I consider myself an engineer, needed help changing a box cutter blade...
I didn’t know the back comes off the snap off model.
i consider myself a bit of an engineer but i couldnt figure out how to crack the box cutter blade properly

Just what I was looking for thanks
Moving way too fast and can't see what you're doing at all
Your garbled, poorly enunciated narration on the red-handled cutter (poor camera work, to boot) was seriously frustrating. Jeez.
Senior citizen lady here. Changed blade in less than 2 minutes and no blood shed. Thank you. Thank you.

Too fast on first and I couldn’t see how you placed it. My blade pops into two parts.
Your vid is off screen! Not helpful when you have the same problem you were
Thanks for the video. It was exactly the information I was looking for. Very helpful!
Thank you. Though this could have been a 30 sec video.

After 9 months hopefully you've figured it out but it should show off to your right, with thumb and pointer finger gripping the indentations

Blades come in safety pack ,so you don't have to handle them, but how do you put them in the knife????????
Pack of blades enclosed in plastic with slider on one end. makes no sense?.......
Hell yeah brother this video is 5 years old and just saved my ass big time 🤣🤣
Thank you💖
thanks!
Thanks, felt so stupid I couldn't figure it out.
Oh. My. Gosh. I was driving myself crazy trying to figure this out. You just saved my sanity! Many thanks.

It doesn't grip
