  • I turn my compost piles, and have learned a few skills on the BX25, during the 3060 hours of use. It is nearly Christmas 2023, and I am just healing after a persistent head cold, and this is my first time hanging outside in two weeks.
I am using the FEL, and the backhoe to move my dirt and clippings around, so they will rot and compost. I use a full bucket to help compact and level the soil, I back-blade to pull dirt into a pile to attain a full scoop, and I often drive with the elevated bucket heaped with soil.
Some 'operators' inform others that back-blading, bull-dozing and travelling with the FEL elevated, can cause damage or is unsafe. Their claim also that bulldozing and back-blading will bend the FEL frame and bend the hydraulic cylinder shafts. My ROPS is up, holding a roof, but I do not wear the seatbelt and the seat safety switch has been disabled.
I have modified the Differential-Lock pins (a separate video) and have it fully engaged for today's processing.
