Depends, I never asked any of my female friends for my "rating" scale. In fact, I was obese and never did. I went from a 4 to a 6-7 when I leanmaxxed. The transformation in my face was shocking. My face used to look bloated and sad with droopy eyes. Now, my face is lean, sharp, and everything from my jaw to eye area looks much better now. I noticed an immediate difference in the treatment I got from girls out in public. Cashiers used to avoid eye contact out of disgust, and any conversation I had with a woman outside of my immediate family or friend circle was as short as possible. @@Slynell1 I'm no nutrition expert, but I know that eating processed sugar greatly increases the amount of fat the body stores, and this includes the face. Sodas, candy, and other sweet foods/treats will ruin your looks if you don't carefully restrict them. (Of course, leanmaxxing can only get you so far if you've got a bad facial bone structure, but many people are less attractive than they should be because of an unhealthy diet.)
The gym makes a crazy difference. Chicks will literally look at your biceps like they're breasts. Especially if you raise them over your head like your scratching your back, that bicep crease is like cleavage. Also, flexing pecs/bouncing pecs have straight up caused an ear to ear grin.
Lifting weights is probably the most significant thing you can do to make yourself more attractive to women. I was a virgin until I was 20. 10 months after starting to workout I lost my virginity and started seeing a significant difference in how women treated me. I would say I was a normie and not sub5 before though. I still think it would even help sub5 people though too. I would recommend anyone try to lift weights before giving up altogether. This video help to reinforce my theory that when it comes to looks JAW is LAW. Back when my city mandated mask wearing I began to notice for the first time in my life girls were reacting to me like a normie (with neutral to slightly positive reactions), however once the masks came off and my extremely recessed/childlike mandible was re exposed, the reactions from women were definitively back in the sub 5 category (hostile/disgusted). What's interesting is I've experienced moving in and out of the normie and chad zones. When I was in my late 20's I was fit and got the positive signals from women in this video. I then got married and became lazy and fat after a few years. I was then totally invisible to women. After divorcing in early 30's and hitting gym / diet again, the positive signals came back. When I was fat, invisible. When I got rid of the fat, I got looks and flirts. I still get more attention than many men around me. I still get women coming up to me and rubbing their chest on me. Dude, I had something a little similar (but more with women's looks towards me, it was never with all the touching). I lost 20 pounds a while back, but 3 months later, gained much of it back. The difference in women's behavior was like being noticed as a "cute guy" regularly and then being invisible. I'm not single, so it's not a huge deal, but I was amazed at the difference, and I'm middie aged. Muscles are a plus but staying as lean as possible really makes a guys face project a more masculine look.

Let me tell you of my moment. In High School, I was late along with 2 other guys. 1 is a friend(S) and the other is a friend(T) of the friend. Our school's policy is that we had to get new ID's because we were late. There were about 3-4 girls there as well. All of them are giving attention to T. So S gets his picture taken, no responses from the girls. T gets his picture taken... in fact he can't even take his picture because the girls are swarming him. Feeling on his chest, fair, hair. Commenting on his looks. He finally gets his picture taken. Next was me. No response from the girls. I'll never forget that shit.
Something to note is that it's important that you are also aware of the rating/status of the woman whose reactions you're analyzing. I have had a lot of girls interested in me all of my life, but it's always been in a creepy way. They always had odd, obsessive, and slightly aggressive personalities. Lifting weights is probably the most significant thing you can do to make yourself more attractive to women. I was a virgin until I was 20. 10 months after starting to workout I lost my virginity and started seeing a significant difference in how women treated me. I would say I was a normie and not sub5 before though. I still think it would even help sub5 people though too. I would recommend anyone try to lift weights before giving up altogether. There's literally no downsides to trying since at worst you'll still get the health benefits.

Dude, I had something a little similar (but more with women's looks towards me, it was never with all the touching). I lost 20 pounds a while back, but 3 months later, gained much of it back. The difference in women's behavior was like being noticed as a "cute guy" regularly and then being invisible. I'm not single, so it's not a huge deal, but I was amazed at the difference, and I'm middie aged. Muscles are a plus but staying as lean as possible really makes a guys face project a more masculine look.

I've always been that dark, mysterious guy that sits by himself at the pub, and it draws curiosity... Then when they find out about who I really am, it's like they can't process it. All they care about is my looks and nothing underneath. Once they see that I have a really negative and nihilistic worldview, it's all over. And it isn't negativity towards myself, but rather society at large. I've done some things I shouldn't have, and I should have done things I never did. I've done both good things and bad things and none of it matters. Shit just is. You can do 99 good deeds for someone, but that one fuck up will hover over your head for the rest of your life, that's what you will be known for. Does it matter though? No. I'll eventually die, and and the world will continue to turn as if I never existed in the first place. And I'm just sitting here talking to myself.

I resonate with this, My looks do not match who I am almost at all and I was a very nerdy, undesired kid so I still see myself that way sometimes and people can tell. I am for the most part a confident guy and I LOOK like a chad but once people get to know me and find out that I’m not that on the inside it creates this weird dissonance thats almost more off-putting.

Context matters here. A lot of this Sub5 reactionary stuff is strictly true in the first few moments of random encounters. It's a biological imperative. However, the social setting, your proximity to her existing affections, your shared interests etc gain significant weight after this interaction. I would actually argue that the long term attraction/repulsion is dominated by social/cultural conditioning.

If she likes you as a person - she may start finding you attractive, but there is a trade off - the more repulsive you are in the beggining, that harder you must work to overcome that her reaction, and to have more to offer personality wise. You must go from disqust, neutral, friendzone, light attraction, strong attraction. For a Chad - they jump right into the last part and their fight is to stay there. And they have to offer a lot less personality wise to do it.

If you're a sub 5 or even a normie, your best bet is to focus on yourself. Improve your appearance, your career, your social standing. You can't really do much about your face or height but if you make yourself stand out due to other traits such as your presence, whether that be physical (gym), social (popularity) or seniority (wealth, career, material objects etc) you will automatically elevate yourself above others and most likely have more success garnering female attention. No woman wants a simp who dotes on them but has nothing going for himself but a man who has his house in order or has good prospects will be seen as more attractive. Live a good life, always try and improve yourself in whatever you are doing and be kind to yourself. Life can be unfair but feeling sorry for yourself and accepting the status quo won't help matters. Focus on your purpose and keep fighting to go forward brothers
