The first time I asked someone out my face had to be a poem because she (my friend) thought I had a medical problem. I remember my heart thumping so hard against my chest. When I asked out my later to be girlfriend I did it over an audio message minutes after meeting with her and some other people, and it took me 20 minutes to do the audio. This sht is crazy. Back when I struggled doing presentations I had the same heart thumping, almost incapacitating issue, but it went away with practice. Normalizing asking people out is the biggest tip. Nobody should feel like they're about to die, you are just asking to meet with another human, someone who is riddled with flaws and issues, probably more than yourself.

This is all great advice! Generally i just make small talk with people wherever i go and half the time it's with girls. I rarely ask for numbers or anything. I just like talking to people. Something I've noticed as I've gotten older (24 now) is that a lot of girls won't even make eye contact with me. I don't know if I've gotten creepy looking in the last couple years or what, but the percentage of girls that will straight up ignore me is much higher. It sucks bc I'm not even trying to hit on them. I may just be on a walk and give them a brief smile and nod and maybe say hi. I just want to be treated like a person not a predator.

But, yes, when you are still moving and they are moving it doesn't feel right, as if you're not wanting a proper interaction. If you stop, it's like a 'signal', something for them to notice. Also, it shows that they stopped to talk with you and that they are free to continue if they want.

The “cute” opener is bad. It lowers your value instantly and put you in the “seller” position as if you’re trying to sell her something. Situational and indirect is best. I moved to Ireland from Russia, and the girls here are very nice and friendly. I usually just say something like, 'Hey, how's it going?' and that’s usually enough to start a conversation. I don’t fully understand all the cultural nuances yet, so I try to be more polite. In Russia, I was bolder and would approach girls in more complex situations, like when they were with their moms or in a group of friends. But I think I'll adapt to the local culture soon and get back to my A-game.

I had the craziest anxiety I'd ever had but I just forced my body to turn around (she got off in the back while I got off in the front) and started talking before I had even made the full turn and looked her in the eyes. We were both kinda in a rush to our schools and that made the whole thing feel very forced, and when she started walking away from me towards her school while still talking to me, I knew it was a miss, but I just thought "F it" and followed her like a creepy idiot and tried to close and her answer perfectly described how that whole interaction went. When I said it would be cool getting together sometime, she just said "No" and kept walking away. Better luck next time I guess

One thing to add to this video (which is good btw): Smile before you make eye contact. Otherwise, if you smile after you've made eye contact it can be misinterpreted: "Why is he smiling at me? Is he interested? Does he want to eat me? Does he see that I ate spinach for lunch?" It's almost always better to be in a positive state from the beginning, before you seek eye contact, by laughing and having fun with a friend for example, and showing that you have a positive outlook on life. It works and it's an ideal first impression. If it happens to you, you will probably feel it too. Now, if you read this far, don't trust my advice, seek out for yourself.

55 years old, and in some shape or.form ive been doing almost exactly what Denmo is showing you. In short, its.timeless information / knowledge....Of course, you must have and/or acquire some sort of speaking skills, a little humour, a non-forced smile, and for me anyways, always look nice (put together). I am 5 foot nothing, and to this very day females are a non-issue in my life, nor have they ever, since I was 14 years old.....This basic video is straight LEGIT...!!!

The first time I asked someone out my face had to be a poem because she (my friend) thought I had a medical problem. I remember my heart thumping so hard against my chest. When I asked out my later to be girlfriend I did it over an audio message minutes after meeting with her and some other people, and it took me 20 minutes to do the audio.
This sht is crazy. Back when I struggled doing presentations I had the same heart thumping, almost incapacitating issue, but it went away with practice. Normalizing asking people out is the biggest tip. Nobody should feel like they're about to die, you are just asking to meet with another human, someone who is riddled with flaws and issues, probably more than yourself.

I’ve learned just saying a genuine “hi how are you” is all you need. But I’ll still come to videos like these because you always learn something new. Or realize something you never did before. I know guys who would be considered super chads and they too would have no problem checking out “beginner level” videos like these. So to all the men out there, don’t worry. Dont feel bad. This is all great advice! Generally i just make small talk with people wherever i go and half the time it's with girls. I rarely ask for numbers or anything. I just like talking to people.
Something I've noticed as I've gotten older (24 now) is that a lot of girls won't even make eye contact with me. I don't know if I've gotten creepy looking in the last couple years or what, but the percentage of girls that will straight up ignore me is much higher. It sucks bc I'm not even trying to hit on them. I may just be on a walk and give them a brief smile and nod and maybe say hi.

The stopping first idea is good. ( i already find it better if i am in a static position to begin with, and attract their attention.) But, yes, when you are still moving and they are moving it doesn't feel right, as if you're not wanting a proper interaction. If you stop, it's like a 'signal', something for them to notice. Also, it shows that they stopped to talk with you and that they are free to continue if they want.

The “cute” opener is bad. It lowers your value instantly and put you in the “seller” position as if you’re trying to sell her something.
Situational and indirect is best. Doesn’t make the approach tense and she’s not thinking “I hope he doesn’t ask for my number, since I don’t know him yet or know if he’s even a normal dude”.
I moved to Ireland from Russia, and the girls here are very nice and friendly. I usually just say something like, 'Hey, how's it going?' and that’s usually enough to start a conversation. I don’t fully understand all the cultural nuances yet, so I try to be more polite. In Russia, I was bolder and would approach girls in more complex situations, like when they were with their moms or in a group of friends. But I think I'll adapt to the local culture soon and get back to my A-game.

My worst approach happened after I got off my bus and saw this gorgeous girl that also got off. I had the craziest anxiety I'd ever had but I just forced my body to turn around (she got off in the back while I got off in the front) and started talking before I had even made the full turn and looked her in the eyes. It took a second or so before she knew I talked to her and we started talking. We were both kinda in a rush to our schools and that made the whole thing feel very forced, and when she started walking away from me towards her school while still talking to me, I knew it was a miss, but I just thought "F it" and followed her like a creepy idiot and tried to close and her answer perfectly described how that whole interaction went. When I said it would be cool getting together sometime, she just said "No" and kept walking away.

My introverted ass is like “she is kinda cute, but don’t want to socialize right now.”. I am good at socializing but only when I have that switch on. Gotta do a better job keeping that switch on during the week. Not just weekends. There was a cute girl at the gym too that I’ve been talking to and was vibing with, but recently I just don’t feel like talking to anyone. Work, gym and sports are taking its toll on my joints and energy. Gonna have to take a deload week. BUT when I do have the energy, I usually have headphones on, so when I see a girl I also smile, nod, and move a bit towards her, but I also take a headphone out of my ear (I wear wired headphones, so its obvious I have them on). That is a good way to let them know I wanna say hi. Even works for me at the gym even if the other person has theirs on

Personally it's nothing nervous or fearful about approaching women is what I found out. Instead it's so many have become boring, dull, unapproachable, not joyful, etc....
One thing to add to this video (which is good btw): Smile before you make eye contact. Otherwise, if you smile after you've made eye contact it can be misinterpreted: "Why is he smiling at me? Is he interested? Does he want to eat me? Does he see that I ate spinach for lunch?" It's almost always better to be in a positive state from the beginning, before you seek eye contact, by laughing and having fun with a friend for example, and showing that you have a positive outlook on life. It works and it's an ideal first impression. If it happens to you, you will probably feel it too. Now, if you read this far, don't trust my advice, seek out for yourself.
