    The way Jude burst on the football scene and how he is doing now has been a beauty to watch, he is a great inspiration to me and many other young footballers. The way he uses emotional intelligence is probably one of the best ways I have seen any footballer do, it proves that these traits can get you very far in life. Great video 👍

    I think people often say Jude has only decent technique because he isn't afraid to get stuck in. Its almost like getting stuck in immediately reduces your stock as an elegant baller.
    Yaya never got the respect he deserved for his TECH. And I think that's because he was also such as physical player that mixed it with everyone.
    Jude has ball retention and touch to match the best midfielders in Europe on top of his maturity, decision making, and physique.

    Sam how do I as a teenager also succeed in accelerating maturity?

    • @SamMartinPeakPerformance
      @SamMartinPeakPerformance  Рік тому

      Start by setting clear goals and priorities for yourself. This includes focusing on your education, developing time-management skills, and seeking out opportunities for personal growth and responsibility. Surround yourself with positive influences, read widely, and don't be afraid to learn from your mistakes - these steps will help you on your path to maturity!

    So if a player only works on his EQ and has below average touch, vision, game understanding then it’s okay it’ll all come together through the EQ

    How can we work on this?

    • @SamMartinPeakPerformance
      @SamMartinPeakPerformance  Рік тому +1

      It's definitely an ongoing process but I'd say the main thing is "Self-awareness through Journaling": keep a journal to record your emotions and experiences before, during, and after games or training sessions. You can jot down how you felt, what triggered certain emotions, and how those emotions influenced performance. Over time, you'll start recognising patterns in your emotional responses, which can lead to better emotional control and management.
