In the uni library and I see this on my break. Perfect ! Regarding the video, it reminds me of what Robert Greene said about our mindset. 'Do not believe your age defines your ability to learn. Once you believe you can learn something and have a positive voice in your head towards acquiring new skills, you will be able to learn and solve every challenge.' Keep learning, keep enjoying.
i dont know why but I have always loved doing challenging things (except in school) but in sports, I always feel like the hardest trainings helped me get better and grow at a good rate. Which is why I belive people should accept challenges more often because they do help us grow and become better than we were. Great video 👍
life has no exceptions, physical growth and performance is easily observable, not getting the same fulfilling experience isnt an excuse for not pushing yourself academically
Love the content! keep it up! This is so important as the mental level is as important as the physical level, always embracing and building from challenges are key to success.
This is just perfect! I love these videos because each video helps me a little bit more each time. Thank you for this high quality content u are as underrated as harry haha
Hello Sam. Can these examples of mentality be applied to areas other than sport? In everyday work? Best regards from Portugal 🇵🇹 you have another follower
Oh yes for sure. It can be applied to any area of life 👍 the origins of growth mindset came through looking at children and their attitude towards education. And it's since been studied in all kinds of performance domains
Very helpful video as always. I support Tottenham for 5 years maybe, and Harry Kane was a crucial player in our squad to win. He has a mindset that wants to win but sadly not all our players had that mentality. I can try some of the points for studying instead of sports. I will seek more challenges to improve. Thanks Sam
@@SamMartinPeakPerformance I can agree on that😂I love Ange is the man. Our team's mentality has changed under him ,also because Kane has left. I think that's why we are starting to shine once again lol
Kane is a mental monster
He really is 💪
This is why Son needs to leave Spurs

Great point around society putting talent on a pedestal ✍️✍️
it needs to stop! 😅
Will Harry Kane finally win a trophy at Bayern? 😅
Hopefully
No I think he may have been a big part of his own trophy drought
Already bottled his first chance at the start of the season🤭💀

Just like ego jinpachi said
“Talent is the skill to demonstrate one’s own ability to the whole world”
nailed it 👏

Things are looking good for Spurs under Big Ange though 😅 maybe it was best for everyone he finally moved on

No one is giving this advice to athletes and it probably could help them
Weird isn't it 😅 I find it crazy how most athletes say mentality is the most important thing but have never learned/been coached on it
