    Yes! Haven’t done a crunch in years (used my neck muscles too much while doing them) and I have little baby abs 😂 it’s planks for me!!

    P.S. I haven't subscribed to your individualized workout plan yet because I am for almost 3 yrs now on standby due to my kid's kinda serious and unpredictable health issues. So I am stay at home (on standby) mom - can't go to work. And despite you've made the fee for your program not expensive for an average Western Europe monthly income, since I haven't it, for now I can not afford the program. First my kid has to be better so hopefully I'll work again and earn enough to worryless cover our basic needs and have the extra money to buy your program.

    Early years of seizure disorder have destroyed my spine and lumbar, or so I thought. I've been using a few of your mobility exercises and after 2 weeks already get outta bed in the morning without pain! Now I'm ready to baby step this exercise while getting ready for the Feel Good Challenge!

    Great advice I never do crunches anyway they always hurt my back so have always done other exercises 💪💙👌

    Can please provide a link to your core exercise where you are on hands/knees and walk hands outwards to strengthen core? I believe it was a short video?!

    My back is messed up from constantly bending over 100 times a day cleaning up after my kid. The pain is so bad now I have to lift one leg up while I bend or else I cannot love afte r😂

    I really love these Weshape videos but I had a very unpleasant with your company. I signed up for a one-year discount online subscription in December but requested a cancellation after experiencing serious health issues after trying to do the test. After not getting a refund in one month I sent an email to customer service. I have just received an email saying that I will not get my $99.00 back because I did not EXPLICITLY REQUESTED a refund when I requested the cancellation. As a senior on a limited income I just can't afford to lose that much money. I'm taking the issue to my credit card provider.
