Like a majority of people in the comments I am an absolute beginner and have watched other so called for beginners workouts that have just led to me hurting myself because they didn’t explain thoroughly the proper way ti do them. Thank you for this!!!!
You're so welcome! We want our workouts to be accessible for people at all stages in their health journey. Keep up the great work!!! 💪😄
you prolly dont care but does anyone know of a tool to get back into an instagram account??
I was dumb forgot my password. I would appreciate any help you can offer me!
@@ricardograyson5781 Try searching up videos on UA-cam. I hope you get back into you account soon(:
So easy
Still too hard. I suck.
Finally, a routine for actual beginners. I’ve tried to follow along with many so called beginner videos over the years. I couldn’t keep up and I’d be sore for a week or more after and I wouldn’t try to exercise again until the memory faded 😅. This routine is like starting from couch potato level. It’s perfect.
AMEN 🙌
then you don't actually want it. worthwhile things take effort and aren't easy.

Sucker!🥴🤬
while it is understandable that people have different values when it comes to their health, it's still annoying to see how lazy and delusional people are
I love how this guy is just in his house. I'm in my house too. Nice!
Glad you enjoy that, we think that if we're showing you at-home workouts they should be done right at home 🙂
Works with the Coronavirus!
Yes, and his pace is slow enough for beginners like me to catch. He's also very clear and precise. 👍
Hopefully everyone stays in their house
But he didnt get that body only from home
52 year old. Consider myself relatively fit. I either cycle run swim or walk every day but lately had stiff sore lower back. I realise now I also have to work on my stretching and core strength. Starting this simple workout today. Gonna focus on the quality of the exercise rather than quantity at first. Thank you.
Did it help?
This is be my 3rd day doing these simple but very effective core excercises. My back pain is lessening since the first day. I've been searching and searching for this type of video where every step of the excercise is explained completely. Glad I found it and will share with friends and family.
My lower back is in agony and I am embarrassed because I KNOW the cause is letting myself get out of shape. These simple routines are presented in a safe manner and I know that following this this plan will bring me peace. I am a 66 yr old man who used to be in good shape. I fell apart quickly!
As someone who hasn't consistently been working out for about a year but just started up again, HUGE thanks. Definitely will be integrating this into my routine until I've built up the core strength to move on to more complex movements.
Thank you and God bless you for this! I used to have back pain whenever I would try to do sit ups or reverse crunch but thanks to these exercises I don't have it anymore!
Finally, a "real" beginner workout, thank you, sir.
Glad you liked it! More to come! :)
Next an advanced core workout sir👍🏿👍🏿🔥🔥💪🏽💪🏽
OMG, the greatest, simple exercises. A huge thank you. I am concentrating on my core to improve posture and breathing.
I broke my back and injured my neck both requiring surgery. I lost a lot of stability in my core and with the surgeries can’t bend the way I use to. I found your video very easy to do and without discomfort! I’m looking forward to the results!
I suffer from really bad depression and I watch this video every day for motivation. The days that I can do part or all make me really hopeful
You can do it!
Keep fighting dude, I believe in you
I feel you ... I have depression and motivation is so so hard. You can get through this! ❤️
I believe in you too!!!!! I hope you've been well!
He explains it so well and calm!! Im an absolute beginner with zero knowledge. I was doing an 20 min workout earlier and i was so out of breath and doing everything wrong probably because I couldnt keep up, but now i feel the burn and i feel like im doing it right and I can keep this up for 30sec, so thank you!
Great to hear! Keep up the good work! :)
❤
I'm a tall skinny fella and recently had my back go pop in the wrong way. One visit at the chiropractor later let me know that I need to strengthen my core. My back still hurts but I can feel this helping it quite a bit so 100% worth it
Thanks for explaining the important details to not get hurt. I've watched many tutorial and such. None till now, explains proper forms to prevent injuries.
Thank you again.
You are already tonned. 😅
Ive watch an exercise video about abdominal, my shoulders hurts too much ater a day and my body, i almost got fever, maybe because i dint do warmup exercise, i cant find decent warmups before workout soo, do u have any easy recommendation for warmups to prevent injury more.
Agree!
sir, you are saving my quality of life! because of this, I was able to dance all night last night and my body didn't feel broken this morning. much appreciation and love!
Those felt great. I'm 63. No pain, but I sure do crack a lot!
It's awesome that you're not feeling pain! The cracking is likely just from your body getting used to moving that way 😊

Simple and effective. Love the little tips on proper form. Those made this video golden. Restarting my on again off again fitness journey so… Thank you for the help!
The kneeling plank is what really got my abs sore. Pulling my elbows really helped
Yea no kidding It was so painful
Hell yeah ! Insane right !?
Admittedly, I underestimated at first. Then was shown perfect form that adds a lot of tension on targeted areas whilst keeping the body as safe and secure as possible
Finally someone who doesn’t try to show off that their in shape instead of trying to help beginners, glad I found this channel
Thank you for taking the time to show us these awesome core exercises. They are really helping me.
That's so great to hear Eldora! Thank you for watching and supporting 😊
Thank you sir for this great "REAL BIGINNER ROUTINE" I've always given up since the second or third one on what some people consider a biginner routine (with all my respect for their work ) but yours is just simple to do for someone like me who's abs are the weaker part🙏💪❤️🌍💪
We're so glad to hear you were able to get through the routine! Our goal is to make our exercises accessible to everyone 💪
@@tayyibahFxx 🙏?!
Just used this for school and it absolutely worked! It was simple and fun! Thank you!
I have bilateral ataxia @ 53 from a life of heavy drinking. I shake like a leaf standing without holding on to a walker. I'm hoping these ecercises will help to rebuild my core and eventually walk without the aid of a walker. I don't expect quick results as it taken a lifetime of bad habits to get here. Yes the drinking stopped 3 weeks ago and I have a wonderful support system. Thank you for posting.
Keep goin :)
he explained the excercise very details, completely easy to understand, step by step, and fun as well, Well Done and thanks for the excercise....
הסברים חשובים על כל תרגיל
finally a video that focuses on form and not strange hardcore moves. If people are honest this can be hard even for not beginners
Great video, I did it yesterday and woke up sore from my lower abdomen. Did it again today, love that it also worked out my arms. Thank you!
I’ve been trying to work on my core for the longest of times I use to be able to do many core workouts but I let myself go and lost to much weight and muscle I’m glad I found this since I’m not strong enough to do the advance core workouts
Super helpful video, I’ve always had weak lower abs which has caused extra stress on my lower back. These exercises totally helped me work what I needed to at my own pace
We are so glad to hear that! It's all about working at your own pace and making sure it's effective. You might also enjoy this video: ua-cam.com/video/8fXeGe547Vs/v-deo.html
i run cc so im working on making my core stronger. i’ll be following this workout 2x a day 7 days a week for the rest of summer. see you guys in september!
We love your commitment! Keep us posted with how it's going 😎 Be sure to give your body rest and try some recovery day exercises too! ua-cam.com/video/fKriusTJH8E/v-deo.html&t=
Its not just for beginners. As an old guy with a lifetime of fitness, its nice to find low key exercises i can continue.
Nice to see some beginner exercises that a beginner can ACTUALLY do! I've tried other so called beginner exercises and they're too hard and it is disheartening and demoralising. I feel like I could actually do these every day and then progress slightly in difficulty. Very well explained.
This is an instructional masterpiece.
Great ab workout for beginners and easy to do. Thank you!
Glad you found it helpful Janet! :)
Perfecto for me. The comments made before and during the exercises totally made the difference in getting my abs really going. My favorite was the inchworm.
Thank you for the plank exercise. Those simple movements have really helped me fire up my core.
I can actually listen to this guy. That's a major accomplishment in it's self. Take note internetters!
Glad you enjoyed it!
Really happy the way that you explained how to do these exercises. You have made me want to do them, great job!👍
3...2...1... and REEEESSSSSTTT! Love it, that will forever be stuck in my head when working out!
I appreciate this workout. I can actually do these to work my core which is my weak spot. Thx 🙏🏾 again
Omg tried this for the first time today! Wow I really need to strengthen my core out. Thanks for this. Any idea how many sets we should be doing with this exercise routine?
I believe I can do these exercises. Thank you for sharing 🙏🏽🙏💜
I was looking for some exercises that could help me to gain weight. As beginner I tried those and it hurted. I found this video, really for someone who's a beginner but I'm not sure that it gonna help me to gain weight. Can you please make such playlist or video that could help more people like me. God bless you man, you brought sth needed for us
Best coach ever
thank you for the exercise work out
I just stated doing exercise and I followed along with him. He is amazing and explains thoroughly very well. You are great!
Your vibe is exactly what we need to do this …thanks for the video 👍🏼
Thanks is all I can say, for explaining everything thoroughly!
I do a lot better watching these all the way through without doing them first, then following along the second time. I'm just watching right now and I really like how you give a full explsnation of each exercise beforehand, then give tips and encouragement during the actual exercise.
When I searched 'core exercise' on UA-cam, every videos are about plank!!! Every time I try plank, my elbow was burned because of scratches to the ground, even if I have yoga mat under my elbows! I found the reason I feel pain at my elbow was 'I DO NOT HAVE ANY CORE MUSCLES!' I don't have any powers from my core so I only use my elbow to do plank! So I need any core exercise video for me which doesn't have plank. And this is it!!! I'm so happy to find this easy, helpful video. Thank you so much!!!
So happy that you landed on our video and that you found it so helpful! Would love to know how these exercises have been for you :)
__우주 Try standing planks, using resistance bands. Not only does that work your core, it also helps with balance which regular planks do not do. Check out Bob and Brad on UA-cam; they are very good!
Lj
This guy has great energy. Very encouraging!
Thank you, it's perfect for absolute beginners, I am just starting all over again from major surgery, many thanks 👍
Great excerise! Felt it burninh. Gonna do this every morning. Hope to get into some advanced excersises soon
How’s it going
@@finnethier5381 It didn't happen

I finally know how to do mountain climbers properly! I didn't even know I was doing them wrong before, I just thought "well, these aren't for me 🤷♀️" but they're SOOOOO good 😱 thank you! 💐
That's what we like to hear! We bet there's plenty of exercises people hate...when really they just don't know how to do them properly! Let us know if there are other exercises you need help with 💪
Just got yourself a new subscriber for adding the little tidbits about keeping your knees together and back flat on the ground, thank you for the video!
I will have to try these exercises. I used to be more active and want to get a routine going again. Thanks for the great tips!
I love this. Exercises I keeps for my routine. Thank you..
Thanks so much for watching, we're happy to hear that!
Struggled a bit with keeping my elbows locked on the 4th one, but oh goodness did I start to feel the burn on the 3rd one! Thank you for this video!
You got this!
Thank you for these! I really appreciate the attention to detail on hand placement for mountain climbers. Subscribed!
Those exercises were definitely manageable and helpful. I think the plank style exercises I felt the most in my abs. Thanks I need those.
So helpful! Thank you. I am a work in progress but on my way. I am very much inspired by your willingness to share your expertise and passion! Thank you!
I'm 13 and trying to build body strength lately I have been doing cardio workouts but am finding just to hard but when I found this it was just perfect for my body and have been constantly doing it thank you 👌😊
Wow, so glad to hear you found it helpful!
Me too
Love this video. I like how you showed a different way to do the last 2 exercises. I have knee problems and I find it very difficult to sit on the ground and get back up again.
i am on weight loss journey and after 2 weeks of working out, i pulled my lower back to the point of immobility and had severe sciatica for about 3 weeks. i’ve been recovered for a month and have been terrified to start working out again. going to do this when i get home from work-i’m actually excited
Thanks for sharing!! Let us know how it goes! :)
Core exercises are a way to go ! Kneeling Plank, and Kneeling inchworm are one of my favorites ! I appreciate your help and devotion..it has giving me an impact of self-being and a stronger core !! "Thank you."
Thank you so much for this amazing comment Louie, we are so happy you've found it helpful!
I really appreciate you for doing these exercises as if you were an actual beginner!!!!
I also appreciate you explaining everything thoroughly so that we can understand what we are doing!!!👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
Thank you so much for the feedback! I hope you enjoy upcoming videos as much as you enjoyed this one!
Have a herniated l5-s1 and doctors for liability reasons are delaying PT but I know the longer I wait the weaker my core gets so I'm getting a head start. Good exercises.
Thank you, I have 7 more weeks to wait before I can start because of an operation!
Can’t wait!!!❤
Thank you sir
...well demonstrated. I will do it.
Thanks so much for watching, happy to hear you found it helpful!
Thanks for a great tutorial! I particularly dig that even beginners to core with injuries can actually attempt these exercises. It’s an awesome share!
I love how u keep pointing out how to get a perfect form❤
It is just parallel to none. You are something special. Thank you very much.
Thanks for the great video and explanation :) How many repetition of each exercise do you recommend to do in order to notice the results?
Thanks so much for watching and supporting! Results come from hard work and dedication, so you can try 10 reps of each repeated 3 times, doing it every other day or daily. We recommend pairing them with a normal exercise routine 😊
Love him . I alway share his videos to my clients. Very basic training to very hard core workout that many of our clients need but can not do. This guy is just amazing. He explains it and points out many of the mistakes many people do in a very easy yet effective way.👌 👏
You are the best tutor ever sir honestly. Better than 95% of Internet..
I m doing ur beginners core exercises, it's actually working. Your description is awesome
A really great tutorial for beginners like me!
For the last exercise, when squeezing my gluts, I can only feel my back thighs burning or shaking, instead of my core. What possible did I do wrong?
Thanks so much for watching! You will definitely feel it in your thighs, and may not so much in the glutes. As long as you're squeezing them you;'e good 💪
Will do these! Excellent 👍
Thanks
Thanks so much for watching, let us know how these go for you!
Can’t thank you enough, I went stupid on wayyyyy too difficult ab and lower body exercises, this is the only thing that can get me to that stage
Thanks for watching, keep up the great work! :)
Amei 😍 vou começar a fazer hoje mesmo! Obrigada
I felt the reverse crunches in my core more. I mostly felt the strain on my arms for the other workouts.
it's a combination of pathetic and awesome that just two minutes a day can make such a difference. real beginner here, appreciating exercises i can actually do every day.
Every minute helps! And no shame in being a beginner, everyone has to start somewhere 😊
Im glad he pointed out the diamond by your tailbone because it's very painful whenever I do any exercise laying on my back.
Never say I am giving you this FREE.........can say COMPLIMENTARY. Work outs are good. Thank u v much
complete and clear explanation of the core exercises, excellent. thank you.
You're very welcome! So glad it was helpful!!
Just tried it by far the easiest to follow. I felt fully engaged the whole time. This was very helpful!
Glad it helped!
thank you so much! i’m extremely out of shape and most exercises are too hard for me.
your explanations are so helpful and i feel like getting fit isn’t intimidating anymore. :)
That's where I came from too! With some willpower and tenacity you can do it! It's great to see progress when you do too!:)
Excellent video! Just what I've been looking for! Thank you 🙏🙏🙏🙏
I thought this was going to be quite tame but my abs are seriously aching after the kneeling plank! Never been told to try and drag my elbows down before. That certainly switched on muscles that had previously been asleep.
Glad to hear it!! A lot of our ab exercises challenge muscles that don't always get activated :)
Keep up the great work!
excellent workout
Thanks a lot. These exercises are actually for beginners, i did the excercises between push up set and i feel much better the next day, dont feel much back pain anymore.
omg tysm im 15 but ive absolutely no core strength and i can never do the ab workouts i want and im determined to be more confident about my body thus starting here x
Didn’t train tonight at the gym & Love the core exercises to activate my core. Nice burn & The Planks Are Becoming My favorite regimen to do in morning & night & it honestly stimulates my core & feels so so good!!! Thank You for sharing these exercises with Me & The World “Happy & Healthy with Great Core exercises!!! 👏🏽👍🏽🏋🏾♂️
I have never joined a gym and I never will. I am 45 years-old and I can still wear the same clothes (shirts, pants) that I wore in high school. I do ab planks and push ups at my house. The main point here is - you don't need to join a gym in order to be fit and lose weight.
This was super helpful! No matter how much I push my lower back down, there's still a bit of space. Is that something I should worry about?
It probably means you have weak core and an anterior pelvic tilt. By doing more exercise you should be able to slowly improve till you can push it all the way down. But then again, I am not an expert, and can only advise based on similar experiences. Best to consult your Physical Therapist. Though shouldn't be a problem if you dont suffer from pain, but again, consult an actual expert
Day 1: I could feel the burnnnnn!!! More in my arms tho so probably I should recheck my posture before each exercises but man! Thanks a lot
Appreciate the tips within each ex to preserve form . Felt better right the first day.
Great to hear! Proper form is so important for safe and successful exercise. Keep up the good work!!
Hi where can I find The Oyster exercise? I've been looking for it.
This is the first core exercise I can follow (with the easy swaps). I have troubles gaining muscles (diagnosed) and I have really weak core. Like superweak, I have troubles standing in moving bus. This is great, I hope this will help me gain some strength.
These will definitely help get you on track, don't be afraid to make any modifications as you need! Form is more important than intensity, always :)
@@WeShape Do you have any tips for integrity? I am quite frustrated with every exercise because I suck at basicaly everything at it drives me mad to the point I don't want to move. Thank you.
@@katybechnikova2821 It's tough but it takes time and patience! If there are exercises you're really struggling with, check out these helpful follow-alongs: www.warriormade.com/content/search/?query=perfect+form
Just know that even if you feel you're not doing a good job, what matters is that you're trying! All progress is good progress, no matter how slow 😊
Love the explanation about proper form that us beginners are never get clear detail/demonstration. Finally found my guy! I also like the concise and fast info. Appreciate not being tortured by any loud obnoxious "motivational" noise (music). Big smile!
We're so glad to have your support! Let us know what videos you want to see next 😊
Thank you. I'll do it everyday.
