I'm from Europe, Lithuania. We don't have gangs, but there are some younger people who usually make a noise with sport bikes and old ritch dudes with big choppers XD In beginning of summer we have a festival Bike Show millennium, at first there is big bikers parade around the city, they also visit some orphans homes or kids hospital, do some charity, later they all go to a big parking lot where stay for few hours and people can to look at bikes, to chat with owners and so on. Later they go to the festival place where are big concerts. It's fun. I have short video, where they start leaving the parking lot if somebody is interested.
