Chocolate Filled Eggless Donut Recipe || Bomboloni/Italian Filled Donut || Donut|| Bake with Dipali

These doughnuts are the best one’s you will eat. I promise. Chocolate filled doughnuts or bomboloni are very popular on the internet and I just made them eggless so you can enjoy them too!!
Here's what you need for the eggless donuts:
For Dough:
-1 & 1/2 cup lukewarm water
-2 tbsp sugar
-1/4 tbsp salt
-2 tbsp active yeast
-2 cup maida
For Chocolate filling:
-100 grams Dark chocolate
-50 grams Fresh cream
-Oil as needed for greasing and frying.
-Icing sugar for coating
