- I know a lot of us are missing fried #Donuts in this Lockdown. So many of you have been asking me to share an #Eggless and #NoYeast Donut recipe and you know I listen! So here you go- fluffy fried donuts made without yeast and eggs, using only simple kitchen staples! I decorate the donuts with a beautiful chocolate glaze and some crushed almonds!

INGREDIENTS-
1/2 cup milk
1 tsp vinegar (optional)
1+ 1/2 cup maida + 1 tbsp ( if needed)
1/4 cup castor sugar
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp grated nutmeg
1/4 cup melted butter
1 tbsp curd
Oil for frying
For the glaze-
1 cup chopped chocolate
2 tbsp vegetable oil

LOVE LOVE LOVE these donuts! Had a midnight craving and these were ready in an hour! The recipe resulted in about 8 donuts and these tasted great even without the glaze, but ofcourse I dipped them in chocolate! :) Thank you for the amazing recipe.

I just made these and they came out perfect. One little thing - I don't know if I messed up the proportion of something else but I needed almost 2 cups of flour to get a dough that wasn't sticking to everything 😅 but the taste was so much better than any store bought ones! ❤️

Shivesh my donut didn't cam out perfectly when I was putting the donuts on hot oil to fry my donuts were braking off . I did the same masurment but then also my donuts didn't came out perfectly!!??? Can u suggest sont think.??
Do you want to try another one? I have given the proper measurements. And may be your dough is not properly kneaded.

i was actually thinking of making donuts once and this recipe is quite easy with basic ingredients which you have at home! So thanks shivesh for your lovely recipes❤️ and the way you film the whole procedure and the plating is just great🤩👏🏻

Hey Shivesh, I tried this recipe and it was really great and now I make it on a regular basis but I have one doubt if you could please help me with that, every time I make donuts the taste and everything is perfect but they're not that fluffy instead they are hollow from inside and the flour is not cooked as expected. What am I supposed to do to make it right?
U neet to deep fry them on low to medium flame... Not on very high flame.. Let the oil be hot enough n then turn the flame to medium
