Mini Folio Tutorial + All the Printables for Free | Navy Blue & Gold

MATERIALS & TOOLS
The basics:
✂ The designs print on 160gsm / 60LB cover paper (or in that weight area)
✂ Scissors amzn.to/2HNUv2R
✂ Glue
✂ Double sided tape (or glue)
✂ Scoring tool (or empty pen)
✂ Ruler (I use this one amzn.to/3Iiz1Ly)
✂ Ribbon
✂ Thin magnet (and washer or extra magnet) (neodymium magnet)
✂ Temporary glue dots (or other type of envelope closure)
Optional tools that make things a bit easier (and fancier)

I just finished this gorgeous project tonight - absolutely love it! So many things to say. I'm new to your channel, and I love your folio. It's beautiful. I have a lot of the red line double-sided tape. Bought a bunch at Tuesday Morning before they closed. Having to cut it is a pain, but it really sticks. That's one reason I like the Scor-tape. I love Art Glitter glue and haven't had a lot of problems with warping. Fabri-Tac is wonderful, but the toxic smell gets to be a lot. And you are brilliant! I never thought to use a washer! It saves on using so many magnets. Finally, you are an amazing teacher. Wonderful tutorial. Thanks so much.
Another amazing project. Thank you so much for the freebies, they are beautiful. The bottom one of my waterfall concertina pockets had printing "cards for waterfall pockets" printed over the top. So I printed 4 copies & didn't use the ones with printing on them. Easy fix. I'm going to spend the morning relaxing & preparing the elements & hopefully assemble this afternoon. Thank you so much xx

41:29 People call it 'red tape'. When you put 'strong double-sided tape' in the search bar of any hobby shop it will pop up. There are many suppliers of this kind of tape.
What a beautiful paper collection you've made! These colours are gorgeous together. And this again is a beautiful little project. Every time you come up with something new.

That washer idea instead of doubling up on the magnets is a brilliant idea 💡 🫶 To make it my own, I used the backing sheet from the "Sticker Organizer" Freebie on the back of the cards, booklet cover & pockets... The blue just matches so well. 😘❤️

Beautiful! Thank you so much! I'm making this to use on a trip with the booklet being my daily comments, recording of events, etc. Just love it! I'm also using magnet closures as I have been using magnets and washers to make "no holes pins" for my handmade brooches for over a decade. They've even gone through the wash still attached!

ohhhh I didn't know I was supposed to print the backing (tea dyed) paper on the backs of each of the pages. Back to feeding the papers into my printer lol I LOVE that you think frugal too when it comes to cost of inks, not opening several at the same time and potentially let them dry out etc. I truly appreciate your thoughtfulness in all you do. Even though I now have plenty of supplies (collected over the years always on sale/clearance etc), I don't take them for granted. I use them carefully every time. I am about to watch that Epson printer review video. I have the Epson WF770 (large format printer). I like that the inks are waterproof/fade proof even though it's an inkjet printer! After the warranty expired, I started using refill ink cartridges since Epson inks are pricey. I might buy the Ecotank next time but not sure if those are waterproof etc. It's only Epson that has inks that water- and smudge-resistant.
How are you so generous with free printable stuff, that's really awesome!!! I have to bookmark this tutorial, because at the moment I'm making a junk journal with your Crocheting&Knitting paper.
