Yup, serious caught with your pants down play from Parting, i was rooting for him but he plainly sucked here, you dont turtle in GSL, also it reminded me of a lot of my ladder loses: i just try to play normally and enemy comes to knock me down
I so admire and respect the fact that from 22:14 Parting had the balls to take such a drastic decision to sacrifice his economy (a bit too much pbbly) and go all in with the stalkers, caring only about the micro. It is so hard to make some decisions without hesitation, he did it in the blink of an eye. The subsequent fight felt so intense and showed why Parting is a monster of micro. Did not turn out how he expected but that was epic. Shout out to Cure for holding such pressure, most Terrans would have died to Parting's incredible stalker micro.
@@indinial2548 He did have a choice, its not instantly game-losing to go back and try to salvage the game, what's impressive about deciding to go all-in there is how fast and decidedly he did so. A whole lot of people, pros as well, show hesitation before going all-in in situations like that where you *might* be able to salvage it and go back but play it out from a deficit.
@@armandog.damato8193 he played really well for an off line event. He's godlike in online tournaments but suck ass at offline. I'm not sure if it's stress at offline or something. Anyway I'm happy he's playing well offline now. Just need to bring it to the level of his online
So Tastosis were wrong about the release date(s) of Starcraft and Broodwar! Both actually released on US PC in the same year: 1998. Just really shakes the faith.
Honestly Parting would have taken 2k atmosphere if he would have cleaned up his bases. All it would have taken is recalled the observer & a stalker. I.agine if he had saved what eco he had left. Definitely would have had like 5 more stalkers at least.

Trap has really emerged as the front-runner for best Protoss in the past couple years. But where are all the zerg up-and-comers? In Korea, there are Dark and Rogue, but they are so far beyond everyone else that there doesn't even seem to be any second-tier zergs. What gives?

Key is not what maru or cure play but depending on what protoss play , if you play super defendsive and counter like TRAP protoss always win but if you try play aggressive like Parting terran will win in mid game .
