Great video bro I have a doorframe pullup bar and a dip stand so I'm using the dip stand to do bodyweight rows to get stronger at pullups

@@combatandperformancetraining am I suppose to be using my arms to get all the way up? When I only use my back, I can’t get all the way up and can only get up a little bit from scapula retraction, are my arms suppose to be finishing the rest of the rage of motion after I have retracted my scapulas?

@naturelife7536 You do use your biceps in the end.

Make sure in the emd you roll your shoulder back using by squeezing your scapulas together.

    How many reps an sets???

Sets and reps must be individually given for your program. If you can start first week 3 set x 1 rep with medium difficulty. Second week increase the sets to 4.

Why do you completely lock out at the bottom. I would think you’d keep a level of scapular engagement, no?

It's a preference. You can keep scapula engaged or off and on.
