Blessed to God , this pastor is so right . I had a feeling that Bible Trump has been selling was not normal . Happy to hear I was Right. Plus it’s $70 dollars that could go for other purposes to help other people . Not just going into Trumps spending funds.

Raised without religion, I also had a very “off” feeling about calling it “the American Bible” and putting these secular documents in the same bible. But I couldn’t articulate it, and anyway, it’s not really my business. But this guy put his finger right on what’s wrong with it.

I have left organized religion so as to practice what I call Pragmatic Christianity: Jesus said "Love one another," and he didn't stutter. If your church teaches anything other than that, it's not the right church.
That is what I don't get. How can any Christian think hatespeech is something Christians should do? Follow a man who calls some people are animals? Where is the love in that?
Love is kind of a broad term though, if someone you know is doing something you think is destructive, is it loving to just let them keep doing it or is it loving to correct them?

This minister is definitely an old school Evangelical which is quite rare today in an Evangelical Church, because I was raised and educated as an Evangelical Congregation in the 60’s. We were also taught about false prophets too. I never thought I’d see the day our church would take the wrong path but it did when the church condoned Televangelism and politics. It was church policy which is still in effect to keep politics out of the church. Our church was bi racial. When the church accepted the Orange Jesus collectively, I shunned them.
This preacher reminds me of my mother who would tell it like it is i just get a blessings from the truth and nothing but the truth im with him im just passing thru this world is not my home heaven sweet home above

"politics is of this world" THANK YOU for stating the truth. That's so rare in Christendom today. Jesus said "If you were part of the world, the world would be fond of what is its own. Now because you are no part of the world, but I have chosen you out of the world, for this reason the world hates you." but it appears that 99% of Christendom is very much a part of this world and therefore no part with Jesus. Perhaps as little as 1% of people who claim to be Christians in this world are true followers of Christ and separate themselves from the operation/politics of this world. The vast majority devote their loyalty to some political party or nation. Nationalism is not Christianity. There are Christians in all nations and no nation is better than another in God's eyes. In fact, God will soon destroy "all" nations (see if you can find the word "all" in Daniel 2:44) to establish what Jesus taught us to pray for; "thy Kingdom come, thy will be done ON EARTH as it is in Heaven".

😂 I don't know. There's a quote in Brother Love's Traveling Salvation Show where he says "you got yourself two good hands. And when your brother is troubled you gotta reach out your one hand for him, 'cause that's what it's there for." I don't know if a traveling preacher would be considered an evangelist today, but I think that was an equivalent for a while.
