The 308 had a 3.0 litre V8 and the 328 had the 3.2 V8.

He was involved in setting up the
GT4 , and that's why the GT 4 is a better car all round.it handled like a dream. I have owned all of them and to tell the truth I least enjoyed the 328
I drove a gt4. Beautiful to look at. Uncomfortable driving position. Too far forward. Rust here and there. Purchased a glass 308. Strong engine, rough body. Have a 328 now. Will keep it.
You say it is reliable, but give ZERO figures regarding maintenance cost etc............
Any info about reliability if you used a 328 as a daily driver???
I think I have too many details and figures in these videos even without touching cost of maintenance. Which, by the way, greatly depends on each user and the way car is treated.
All in all, for classic pre 2000-ths Ferrari, 328 will be most reliable in terms of break-up and cost of repair due to its relevant simplicity.
Had mine for 20 years. Still have. So important to change cam belts and tensioner bearings. Around 5 years. DIY. Renew transmission oil regularly. Easy on the clutch. Will last a long long time. Careful with 2nd. Needs to warm up a bit. These are old cars now. But they're still great. I think so anyway.
