How tf does a rounded shape REDUCE ankle rolling? ???????
If it's round tour foot won't turn too much and fold over it will be supported when it rolls and won't over extend
@@ImOpal that makes 0 sense whatsoever
@@uchihasasuke7436 okay imagine it like this. You have a glass of water once it goes past 45% tilt it falls and spills
Now you have a rounded cup bottom, it can tilt like 60% and it wont fall Over and spill because the bottom extends further than 45%
@@ImOpal the cup of water isn't supporting a 100+ pound person is it? Heard of center of mass? Jesus
@@uchihasasuke7436 you're not understanding at all. It makes a lot of sense you're just being dense.
I have tried a few high cushioning shoes this year for running + casual use and my Ultraboost 22 was so far the best of the year for me. Already got 600Km worth my pair and it looks like new and the outsole still as grippy as always. One of the most durable shoe I have ever used by the way.
600km? Are you an ultra runner bc that’s some impressive distance
@@Bear_Houses no, I don't run marathons. But I do love running and experimenting new running shoes. I only use 3 to 5 the same running shoe to run every month . I keep running with different shoes ...
The Ultraboost 22 was the shoe I ran the most last year but I took near 10 months to get that 600km plus. Most neutral shoes ages too much to keep them for running after ~400km , but some can last much more times the way I run, where I run, the time I run, etc.
My runs vary from minimum of 5km up to 14km in some long runs nonstop for like ~40 km weekly. I don't want to run more then that and injury myself... I'm not young anymore.
Adidas needs to start making the ultimate shoe again: the ultraboost 19
I’ve had mine for ages and I’m very used to them wearing daily and I still roll my ankle regularly in these occasionally
Having snapped a ligament in my ankle from rolling it, highly recommend moving on from any shoe causing issues. It's not at all worth it.
These give me bad foot fatigue for everyday wear. My feet ache after wearing these unfortunately
What about the front foot material on top ? Bcs im worried that i might make a hole on the top bcs of the thin material bcs my thumb pushes into it when im walkimg
No wide toe version? Shoe nowadays tends to make your feet like a triangle haha
You were watching that guy feet vids eyy
I audibly said "what" when they said it prevents ankle rolls. Aint no way that prevents ankle rolls.
The reason I said that is because I was thinking about how a roly poly toy worked. It always is able to keep up right despite it's angle cause of the weight and the rounded edges
I have Heel pains and pressured feels built up on my them, will these prevent it? The heel part looks soft so im not sure
A rounded heel is more likely to cause ankle roll lol
that was exactly what I thought !
You're not wrong... idk why its so rounded then, maybe to get more grip at certain angles of attack while running?
@@BillyVisuals heel to toe transition
@@lochl2 that makes proper sense!
I have rolled my ankle enough that i just mutter ow, and keep going
Is it okay for those with plantar fascitis?
Great shoe..your review is on point, stability and no rolling perfectly brought out but the intercontinental grip under the shoe has started coming off..could you please elaborate on that ?
It's too round on the heels. I'm sure some people broke their ankles with these. Just buy a presto if you want to be comfortable
Nope u just skipped physics class
@luffy2203 sorry luffy uchiha
How is that rounded shape supposed to prevent ankle rolls
Qual essa calça que o modelo está usando?
I love your watch, i miss mine idk where it went
Any thoughts on Adidas Web DNA? I'm actually planning to buy them
They are super good. You should get them. Extremely comfy snd grippy
@@garyt1484 the only problem is I'm wondering that it may not worn out sole quick because the material is totally different
I think you're right on that. It takes daily wearing it for like 1.5 years to wear out the outsoles. Quite quick
@@BillyVisuals 😭😭😭
Where To buy
Quick question - I just got my Ultraboost 5.0 today and I feel it’s a little tight in the ankle area (as I’m not used to wearing such a single piece shoe)
Is there any way to make it more comfortable in the ankle area as the rest of shoe fits perfectly well.
4.0 is less tight, 5.0 is tight for running
I have these for work, they’re actually not that comfortable after hours of wear. The boost is somewhat stiff and the heel begins to hurt. The original UB 1.0 or 2.0 are the most comfortable.
Perfect. 🔥
I have one and it is impossible to clean that while foam stuff . It turns yellow after some time and looks bad.
Yep that’s why I buy any boost shoes exclusively in with black boost
The plastic plates on the side bothered my feet, and the ankle hole was uncomfortable compared to the previous year’s models.
Is it water resistant?
Pick the best all purpose shoe ultraboost 22 or Nike invincible 2
Figure out if you want more cushion or firmer feel. The Invincible 2 are so far one of couple cushioned shoes. Ultra boost is more firm to me compared to invincible and new balance Fresh Foam.
I'm between this pair and 5.0 I want them for every day use. I already have the ub20 is the size the same in these 2 or should I change it. Also which of the 2 would you recommend
I would get the 5.0. I also think the Ub22 would be the same sizing as ub20
@@BillyVisuals thanks man
Does the white boost get dirty easily? Always wondered about that.
Yep, and goes yellow which doesn't come off
@@stephen3654 thank you! Wish they made more gray options
@@wilhelmgriswold83 yeah, I only buy the coloured soul ones since my first pair went yellow in places
Is this better than the peg 38 or 39? Also would you recommend the peg 38 or 39?
Go for Puma velocity nitro 2 or pegasus 39
and the fourth feature is soles with so little material you'll blast through them in eleven minutes and buy another pair
I have this UB 22 too, but I find my yeezy 350 v2 is much more comfortable than the UB 22.
So far, yeezy 350 v2 is my ultimate choice for my flat foot
I agree 👌
By ratio how does the yeezy feel compared with to ultraboost 22
Because the ultraboosts are the most comfortable shoes i’ve ever worn
People doing a lot more with their feet than me. I don't need some NASA shit to walk around and occasionally run a bit.
$35 at walmart, take it or leave it
I have one
When you wanna destroy you're ankles
my opinion is that fo those who love max cushion like me Hoka Gaviota 4 is the best in the class for overpronater or neutral ones😊 its price is reasonable also
I need to get my hands on those
@@BillyVisuals if you love cushion just try Hoka then u will no longer want Adidas or Nike, bellieve me😊
@@quan_ao_tre_em they just look like kiddies shoes though
I don't know if it's a little bit too late but I just bought these shoes and no I don't want to put them off I just want to sleep with them on
Yh i love these shoes mehn
Ultraboost 22 vs Ultraboost 1, which would you get?
None These Shoes are all Bad For your feet
I'm good my new balances from kohls work for me
Nice!
Talking about not existent features and no mention of the LEP system of the ultraboost 🤦♂️ the rounded heel doesn’t prevent ankle rolling your feet actually sits deeper and is cradled by the foam in order to create heel stability. The upper is called primeknit which is well known for comfort
Cool
Stripes over checks- ALWAYS‼️
For comfort, hell yeah, my Yeezy 350’s are awesome - but I love my Jordans, too!
Naaah the air presto is the most comfortable shoe ever
What pants are those
.
Tiro 19!
شكد السعر
Still the best
Ultra boost light 🗿
I’ve got these and they’re the most uncomfortable shoe I’ve worn tbh. Might be a great running shoe but give me sore feet for everyday wear
There are the worst running shoe I’ve ever purchased. Midfoot is too firm and too squishy at the heel. The plastic lace bits dig into your foot through the thin but cool upper. And there is just way too bigger drop and forward roll on them to wear for anything other than running
Lmao that will cause u to have ankle rolls
#1
all these shoes are not made for flat feet
hope they got flat toes
Still a boost user
Boosting
Just bought for 63 bucks
This boost is too stiff
Terrible for your feet ankles and knees
hmm, is this exact model something purchased? please share your experience
Exact opposite. Soft shoes that tire your feet more are the healthiest. + The soft boost absorbs a lot of impact, therefore saving your knees. Do some research next time ;)
Not for wide feet 👎
boost ,ultraboost can't mess with Nike's "zoom-x" foam!!!!!!The Vaporfly is the greatest shoe made!!!
This shoe is garbage, anyone who understand a little bit of running knows it
Plz donate me this shoes I practiced police events
Go barefoot.....these thick foam shoes are death for your feets
They fool people good people it's just a shoe
Nope, try them and you'll know
So garbage, get minimalist/barefoot shoes please for the love of god people
any brands you would recommend? And why?
@@BillyVisuals i run in altras and walk in vivos. You want to look for something that is wider than your foot and something with almost 0 drop from heel to balls. Its uncomfortable at first going from typical cushy shoes with a high drop and forced arch to basically flat soles but its very worth it in terms of foot strength and ankle flexibility and mobility. The ultra boost have an entire 10mm drop thats 1 whole centimeter. Meaning just standing up your foot is not perpendicular with you or the ground and loosens up your calf and achilles from getting a proper spring action. I hope i wasnt rude i am just passionate
I used to have flat feet and no arch and i thought i needed shoes to accommodate this and supplement it but they were just crutches that were holding me back from building up the proper foot strength to create one
Ankle disaster
Very very very overrated shoe
Don’t get these! Terrible traction and overrated. Nearly died wearing them.
What happened?
clown shoes, they look like the futuristic power rangers movie boots
These shits look so comfortable
If you don't have money to buy real ones, buy reps (20-40€)
