She was never titled “Queen of England”, as there has not been a Queen or King of England for the last 300 years once the two crowns of Scotland & England merged into one.

there was just the 2 verses sung here, but there is acculy 3 verses to the national antham, but they are rarely played ,or sung, which i think all 3 should be, esp for state funerals etc

We don`t know. Most european dynasties had these traditions, until ww1 and ww2. We germans lost all of these traditions thanks to the world wars
