Much much easier if you center the text (using text alignment) and put the green and red triangles in the bottom corners of the rectangle.

Would you be able to show me how to do a spiral?
I can draw one, but arranging the nodes and making it even has been really difficult.
The only method I know for creating a very consistent spiral is an old Illustrator trick. I wouldn't mind doing a short video on that topic! But it might take a day or so. - Here's a link to a video of the illustrator way in the mean time. ua-cam.com/video/q1Q6BfuWWjU/v-deo.html

I put that tutorial up! Sorry it took so long, I'm actually in the process of moving to a new studio room! I hope you enjoy it and that it helps! - Although, admittedly, the original video link I sent probably helped a lot. My technique is virtually the same!
