I don’t understand these “Sobriety Tests”. You have to perform calisthenics at the side of the road, day or night, rain, shine, sleet or snow? Just give me the damned breathalyzer.
@@MrTruckerfit’s very easy to distinguish between someone on meth and someone drunk. Police departments hire people that couldnt make it as gym teachers, their job isn’t that hard on purpose!
If you are sober, refuse the sobriety test and request the breathalyzer straight away. You can also request a blood draw from the local hospital which is even more accurate than the breathalyzer.
Never. Ever. Anytime. Agree to a roadside test. If you know you have not been drinking or drugging, then ALWAYS volunteer to go for a blood test. Too many people are charged with DUI because they took a breath mint, or have poor physical abilities. Once you are charged, you are in the system. It is much easier on you if you waive the tests and ask for a blood test. Well definitely don't get the scanner app and prove yourself right. I've been within blocks of Murd3rs 2 x and on blocks with car jacking s at least 3 times and I'm ONLY in Metro day time hours if at all.

Im 59 dont move around so well, its like 18 degrees outside for the calisthenics part. . After the breathalyzer, they said oh its borderline, as in a lawyerwould tossit out cause of errors. Then they abruptly left saying they had togo to shift meeting. They also had no probable cause. They made up,that i Didnt stop while exiting the parking lot onto a main road, saying it was state law, think i could have sued them on that one.
Now that is what I call a turn of events. What a crazy thing to do, steal someone else's car right in front of them and the police, not a very smart move. I bet the Lincoln Navigator owner will be more aware of her speed from here on out. The police were suspicious of her being under the influence, yet it turns out she wasn't, but the car thief was. She was fortunate to get her vehicle back in one piece. The car thief should be looking at grand theft auto charges and a long prison sentence as well as the DUI charge.
Was there any evidence that the original driver was impaired? Slurred speech? Can't keep a lane? Speeding doesn't seem to be enough to warrant pulling her out of the car to do those nonsense physical tests.
She was stopped for speeding though, not DUI. She was given the sobriety test cause they saw her drive a bit erratically on the road during the speeding. The sobriety test was perform to make sure she isn't intoxicated. Thankfully because her car got stolen right in front of her, she didn't get to complete the rest of the sobriety test.
Sooooooo the woman wasn’t over the legal limit. So why was the field test being administered of the breathilizer showed she wasn’t legally drunk? Ah, who cares someone was arrested. 😂😂😂😂

If you are on meth you will pass a breath test. But I agree, a lot of people flunk these tests even when they're sober.

Great policing there…pulls over a sober woman for DUI and gets her car stolen.
Was it a solo woman? Male police?

That's why you TAKE your keys OUT of the ignition.
Yeah I'm sure that's what YOU would have done while getting pulled over, right?
