Not that I know of, at least not yet.
I opened an image as Camera Raw in Photoshop, did as you said, and restarted Lightroom. The LUTs/profiles are available in Camera Raw but not in Lightroom for me. Only the default ones.

It was basically copy to a particular subfolder in your Lightroom Catalog folder.

LUTS come from video and are originally in a .cube format or similar. Presets work within Lightroom.
Did this process change in the newest version of Lightroom? For me, there's no little paper icon to alt-click to find the option to add luts. On my version, there's a plus sign, and I get the same presets menu without luts whether I alt click or not...

You have to add that process in Camera Raw first, load the profile, and then they'll show up in Lightroom.
how about if you have multiple luts I have like 50 do I do it 1by1??

How would you install a LUT that has already been converted to .xml?
ps I can't believe it's 2024 and Adobe still hasn't made it easier to install, edit and manage LUTS directly from Lightroom. Absolutely insane that with all the tech we have, and all the advances in AI, that they can't come up with an convoluted way to manage LUTS. Blows my mind, while grinding my gears lol.
When I try to load the .cube file it says "Unable to load the color lookup table. There was an unexpected end of file error." Would you know a fix to this? Newbie to all this stuff :/
Not 100% sure but you could try checking which version you have or reinstalling the software.

I have a Mac so idk about windows but go to the out file and click open in then text editor then scroll to the bottom and hit enter so there is a empty line at the bottom this will fix that problem

So much pfaff. why oh why can't adobe just make an import LUT's-button into LRC and leave camera profiles alone.
I know right
doesnt work with the new version of photo-raw. Seems to be a permissions problem with the OS Macrap Sonoma
