Seawych Mast Raising/Lowerng

How I drop and raise the mast on my Seawych. Not so sure a Jammer for dropping the mast is necessary and toying the idea of lashing the Roller Furling to the ladder or Pulpit as It always gets in the way when raising.
How I do it here though, is how I`ve always done it.
