    On my website there are hundreds of meal prep, snack, and macro friendly dessert recipes that I have developed over the years. There are no targeted ads, no pointless life stories and endless scrolling to get to the ingredient list, just the recipes. I have a subscription based model where Gold Members have access to every recipe on the site, which is under $5/month with annual memberships. If that's not your thing, there is also a Silver level membership that is free for life, still ad free, and you get access to a good amount of the recipes. Registering to become a member, whether that is a Gold or Silver (free) member, is the best way you can help support what I do. I appreciate all of you more than you know 😎

    There’s a lot of great meal prep channels on UA-cam but I really appreciate how you make sure to add veggies into yours, despite your hatred of them. Lots of channels don’t bother with micronutrients.

    life hack for removing seed capsule from peppers (learned it from a cooking show :P) : grab the stem close to the calyx and push inside with the thumb and the index finger. twist it, then pull out (remove the veins by cutting it open by the length, lay out flat, lay down the knife in it and push through

    100% love calrose rice, I usually eat Calrose rice as a regular rice and occasionally switch to Basmati rice for extra flavor since it's nice too.
    Though rice is cheaper i've also been adding some Quinoa in the diet too.
    It's similar in calories to rice but generally has more fiber, Protein and nutritional value then rice and has a nice flavor similar to basmati's earthiness too which i like.

    What ingredients in a recipe freeze the best? I want to start bulk cooking a few recipes on a Sunday and freezing them for the next 2-3 weeks, but I'm not sure what things I should look out for to know if it's a recipe that will freeze well.

    • @TheGiant117
      @TheGiant117 25 днів тому +1

      That's what I do. I freeze all my meals. I usually make batches of 8 meals.
      My chili, spaghetti and meatballs, and pad Thai freeze well.
      Just experiment with different things. Freezing will mess with the texture of some things but it won't make it inedible or dangerous

    • @TheMealPrepManual

    Is there a reason you didn't also use a bowl (the same bowl could have been used) when oiling the peppers, garlic, and onion? It looks like it would have been more efficient/easier to use a bowl for that. Cheers.
