I swear its good!! 😂😂😂 hear me out!!! It has like no real taste, but its full of health benefits. it doesn't have a smell either. Collagen is the most aubundent protein in out body, and chicken feet is a cheap readily available source. that being said if you cant do it, then leave it out and make the broth without it.

Chicken feet are very flavorful. It is a common dish in my country Suriname🇸🇷🇸🇷 whether in soups or prepared in a tasty soy sauce you name it. The only difference is that we clip the nails off😊. Thank you Camirra❤❤ Watching from Sint Maarten.

I really really appreciate that you talk about the nutrients and health benefits of a lot of the foods you used in this video. I also love that you encourage growing your own stuff, using things that would otherwise be wasted, and how you integrate your instant pot in your videos! I think you are the most well-rounded cooking channel I watch!

I live in South Africa and here we can only buy chicken feet that have black what looks like burn marks underneath and they don't look anything like what you are handling. They are a rich corn colour. Possibly they are just a different species or is yours treated somehow before packaging? Blanched in very hot water perhaps?

Only other place I've seen chicken feet used is in New York's Chinatown. I'll see if I can find some. Good video! The soup looks delicious, but I'm way too lazy to put all that much effort in it. The chicken soup I made is good but much simpler. You have given me the idea of using the Instant Pot to make a broth, so I'll try that next time. Might try to use it to make the entirety of the soup. Just not sure how long to let it pressure cook.

I think she said an hour and 15 min. (75 min) I use the Soup setting. HTH

Sorry, that was for the broth. I'd probably just do 30 minutes on the soup setting for the rest.

Looks appetizing and nutritious but I would have to use fish as I don't eat meat. Also where I come from, we always cut off the claws from the chicken feet before cooking.

Thank you so much! Now I know why all my chicken soups have failed - No chicken feet! I've know for a long time that the collagen is good for my joints, but I could never bring myself to eat them like the Chinese do (chomp, chomp, chomp)

That was one of your finest recipes👍🏾. I would've overdosed that pot with some pure lemon or lime juice.
Now, please tell me where you got that magnificent brass soup spoon 👀.

Listen at the toenails hit the side of the pan. Other than that it looks so good. Gonna try minus feet.
