your cooking method is NOT on point it is NOT safe to cut the chicken breast in the flour that is sooo GETTO. Those sweet potatoes look like they been run over by a truck!!! NOT impressed with this cooking method.

and yet foreign moms will cut food right in the palm of their hand and not get cut. this isnt culinary school and i think ppl can understand that if you cant use a knife w/out a cutting board then dont do it. i just didnt want to dirty my mine again. ok so the sweet potatoes aint sexy, but neither is you.😂🗣️✌🏾 Leave my sweet potato alone!😭😂

Leave our Aunty C alone everyone wants to tell someone what to do make your own channel and give your two cents don’t come up under someone else stuff and feel the need to comment. The problem with y’all is that if you see something you don’t like y’all keep watching and then comment just click exit and move on .9/10 your on here to see how to cook a dinner or cook in general this is the World Wide Web meaning go do us a favor and watch someone else Aunty C isn’t hurting for one view trust me. I’ll tell you what she wouldn’t I got time today . You sound bitter and alone you need some food

I think since the sweet potato was solely used for the cornbread, I don't think the way they look was a big deal, we just want the inside for the cornbread recipe

Do ghetto people cut chicken in flour? What exactly would make that move ghetto,? I think she didn't wanna dirty up cutting board again, then have to wash and sanitize it again...cut corners save time and labor

Yeah, I loved the food down in New Orleans. I went to Loyola and they had a cafeteria called The Orleans Room. It was so good that the students from Tulane 'claimed' it as their own. At the basketball games against Loyola, they would chant 'the Orleans Room is ours.'

I tend to start early in the morning l, especially when I have dressing with the baked chicken, sweet potatoes, greens, cornbread and Mac and cheese. I like everything to be done by 1:00. That way I can have the entire day with my kids and grandchildren. Good tips. Can’t wait to see more of your videos.

I just got introduced to Wiley’s Green Seasoning. It is absolutely off-the-chain without any meat just creative cooking with peppers, onions sautéed in olive oil place on top of your clean greens and add Wiley’s seasoning Place a tight fitting top on top and turn down low it will make its own liquid. Then remove the top and allow the liquid to evaporate leaving just a little while stirring constantly so they do not burn. You might need to add a little more oil as your stir cause you are actually frying your greens. Have fun.

I have never seen your channel before and I'm only 7 minutes into this video but wanted to comment. It's obvious you're putting a lot of love in that chicken although I've never heard of coating chicken in mustard. Does it pick up that taste? I'm all about procedures and logistics so I love all this explaining you're doing and showing the steps. A few 'what's for dinner' channels rush through to get to the finished dinners and 'snap their fingers' instead of showing how they do it. I'm enjoying this more.

no you cant taste the mustard at all. alot of chicken seasoning have mustard powder in them. this is kind similar to that. Ibut it does work as a good binder. the other spices cover up and strong distinctive mustard flavor. m glad you enjoying the channel!

I enjoyed the video. I am the designated cook (by my fam) and I pretty much follow your guidelines. I usually prep all my dishes the day/night before, especially for holidays. Meat and bread are the last items out of my oven, just before serving. I like those as hot as possible. Also, are you familiar with Wiley's Seasoning Mix? It can be used instead of meat to season greens. Sometimes, I slice turkey tails which work as well as fat back in the greens. I have never tried sweet potato cornbread. I might give it a try, although it's an insult to a sweet potato to be in any dish besides a pie...lol.
