I'm so excited to make this recipe! As a rule I only make sweets for a crowd, otherwise I will crush 20 servings in 12 hours. One of my family members has celiac and mourns the loss of most cake I'm always looking for new gf recipes like this!

As someone who has made this cake, it is so, so good. Easily the best recipe I've ever followed for a carrot cake, and a gluten free one at that. Perfect for people with celiac, and if you're lactose intolerant, the pain of eating that frosting is worth it. Words cannot describe how good this cake is, please make it
