@@roo_s6330 because it is offensive but golden retrievers in particular are very likeable and known for being friendly, so some might still find it ok to joke around about that, as a result (in my opinion).
Chris's level of enthusiasm for this recipe and during this entire video was adorable and contagious. It is so nice to seem him not being tortured by mystery cheese.

“Cake testers lie” - yep. You need a skewer or toothpick. With stainless steel testers, they’re too thin and batter or crumbs don’t always stick. That’s not the case with wood.
I bought 1000 toothpicks when I started baking regularly. Great decision. I have about 850 left after two years of baking.

I made this for my mom’s bday with two tiers, a ganache coating and then the frosting on top and when I say that it changed me- IT CHANGED ME. A flawless recipe by Morocco

geo blake yes, I googled a recipe that was just whipped stick cream cheese/1/2 c peanut butter/ 3 c powdered sugar with a couple table spoons of milk

Well Happy Belated Birthday Chris.
This is the first time a recipe that is labeled easy actually is quite easy
You could totally make the dry mix ahead of time and use this like a homemade boxed cake mix.
Would actually be good to make a massive batch of the dry stuff and keep it in an airtight container, and then figure out the wet ingredient proportion. E.g. 2 cups of dry needs + 1 egg + 1/2 cup of veg oil and milk. And then just adjust depending on the amount of batter you want to make. Someone grab a calculator!
