- Facial massage strengthens facial muscle, promotes collagen production, increases circulation, and detoxifies. It is a great anti-aging tool. And so relaxing! I am not a skin care professional. Just sharing my own experience. I share with you what I learned from another UA-cam creator, Dr. Ivan 6 and adapted it to fit my skincare routine. Frequency = what ever works for you. I usually do it once a week.
(not suitable for very oily skin, acne & blemished skin or anyone experiencing irritations)

I am not a skin specialist or trained in skincare.

I was 59 1/2 when I made this video.
Use generous amount of light facial oils. For example: jojoba oil, safflower seed oil, sesame oil, rice bran oil, camellia oil, argan oil. Oils that are too heavy, like olive or coconut oils should not be used. Select oil that your skin likes!
Important reason for oil is to provide the slip so your hands glide on the skin. Do not tug or pull your skin.
You can do daily or one a week. It is all up to you. Important: what fits into your schedule but enjoy and relax through the process. I usually do at night before bed on cleaned skin.
You can wash off the oil afterwards or just take a very warm towel to clean the oil off. You can also continue with your skin care routine afterwards if you want.
I have not had any plastic surgery or procedures such as botox or fillers on my face. I do have hyperpigmentations due to not wearing sun protection when I was younger. So please use sunscreen!!!!!!!!!!!

I've been doing this for a little over a month now and it actually works!!! I almost can't believe how lifted my face looks! I like to use a collagen serum when available instead of just any oil, but anything can work fine. Just make sure not to skip a day and I promise you'll see results, especially if you're younger (21 here) your results will come more quick. So thank you so much, gorgeous lady, for sharing this amazing technique! :D

Viewers are asking how many times or how often to do this massage. My answer is it's up to you according to your own lifestyle and schedule. Think of it as something you enjoy doing and not a chore or a job. In my opinion and I never mentioned result in the video because that is not the purpose for doing facial massage. It is just something nice & relaxing you do for yourself. 🌷
You can use any light face oil ie: jojoba, safflower, argan, rice bran, sweet almond oil. You can also mix them. The important thing is that the oil provides the slippery surface so there is no pulling or tugging on the skin.

I've been using rosehip facial oil but I still felt the inside of my skin is still dry although the outside looks glowy and oily. Thank you for sharing. Since this massage requires a generous amount of oil to lubricate the hands, face, and neck, a tip would be to mix rosehip seed oil (which is expensive) with a less expensive light facial oil. I hope you get very good long term result. 🙏
And if you do this after a shower or bath, or at least a washing, that will help to moisten your skin some too.

Try a neti pot. I used to take antibiotics when sinusitis developed after a cold, then started to use my neti pot back in 2011 and haven't developed a sinusitis since then.
