@@Nadaa19127 You see how he said chest like 4 times and then chest and shoulders 2 times and then shoulders 2 times . Realistically you only need three for each of them
@@masadiuswhere would you be hitting biceps? He’s talking about pressing movements, and so the only way that biceps would be activated would be to stabilise.
first one is chest and shoulders but mostly chest , the more up you go from there the more shoulders and less chest you use , for incline presses aiming for chest use the first one
@@bullymaguire632more like people not training for hypertrophy. Doing shoulder press without back support means you are engaging your stabiliser muscles, pushing tension away from the delts themselves. However you could argue that doing it standing up is better for general strength while doing one supported is more optimal to get bigger
I weigh about 300lbs 135kg and i struggle to find a bench that doesnt rock about when i do dumbell rows or seated lateral raise. How kuch does this bench weigh?
Hey our Heavy Duty Bench is perfect for you! It weighs 101lbs. Check it out here - betterbodyequipped.com/products/adjustable-power-exercise-bench?variant=43976579645630
Version 2.0 on our site is the “Heavy Duty Bench” website link in bio
Wow it’s almost like every other adjustable bench
I don’t think he’s advertising his bench I think he’s educating people
@@kelvyiturralde8111he said in the title “this is our premium bench” so he’s definitely advertising it
It still looks nice and is a little easier to use
My bench doesn’t have this many incline levels
@@Nadaa19127 You see how he said chest like 4 times and then chest and shoulders 2 times and then shoulders 2 times . Realistically you only need three for each of them
Imagine if he just said: "chest, chest, chest, chest, chest, chest" *a few moments later w/ bench completely folded over* "...chest"
literally what i was expecting lmao
OMG WOULDVE BEEN SO HILARIOUS🥹🥹🥹🥹🥹 headass
I was actually expecting him to do that 😂
yea this model is not on your site at all, the middle frame on this one is wayyyy thicker than anything on the site.
Hey! This model is now called Heavy Duty Bench. Link here - betterbodyequipped.com/products/adjustable-power-exercise-bench
You are absolutely hitting front delts on every position that bench has.
True, but I think he’s just dumbing it down a lot
you're also hitting triceps on some of them, some biceps. it's not the point of the video
@@masadiuswhere would you be hitting biceps? He’s talking about pressing movements, and so the only way that biceps would be activated would be to stabilise.
Jokes on you I’m using the bench to do Bulgarian split squats
@@manasghandedthat’s why he said some biceps because they basically just stabilize and that’s it
Best knowledge bro❤
When they r all some chest and shoulders but just diff amounts for each level
first one is chest and shoulders but mostly chest , the more up you go from there the more shoulders and less chest you use , for incline presses aiming for chest use the first one
Chest… chest… chest-shoulder… chest-shoulder… shoulder… shoulder… Shoulder-Injury… 💀
That is smooth
this is so shockingly good inspiration. this makes the blind see and the deaf hears
Looks like a nice piece of equipment for sure
maybe the video is an ad
What bench is that ? Looks solid. Does anyone have any recommendations on a good bench I'm just building a home gym
I just bought the Rogue 3.0 adjustable bench. I like it alot. It looks very similar to this one. Solid bench.
Hey! This model is now called Heavy Duty Bench. Link here - betterbodyequipped.com/products/adjustable-power-exercise-bench
anything past 30° incline promotes more and more front delt
Me expecting that chair to fold completely 💀
Price?
Could you put measurements
How much is it?
Hey! This is our new heavy-duty bench - betterbodyequipped.com/products/adjustable-power-exercise-bench?variant=43976579645630
delts more active at about 45 degrees
You missed out seated bicep curl 😅
He means if you're doing bench press at each level. of course there's other exercises you can do with a bench, I got confused for a sec too
This is the exact bench my school uses
Spot on 👌🏾
This looks awesome
I bought a 60 dollar bench from Amazon that does the same thing. And it’s less bulky. How much is this?
Shoulders are always working when pressing
Hey, l went to the site and l didn’t see it there…. Where are you selling it?
Hey! This model is now called Heavy Duty Bench. Link here - betterbodyequipped.com/products/adjustable-power-exercise-bench

@@betterbodyequipment- Thanks ! 😁
Needs leg extension attachment
So what makes this different than any other bench?
Tge quat rack is also for chest?
God tier
What about triceps?
Would be great if there's no vertical bar to allow declined setup.
Decline bench is bad tho just do dips for lower chest
Undefeated.
Upper Chest uper chest chest and shoulder shoulder don't do it for shoulder bad form use for chest supported rows
If you use the last one youre a psychopath
Yeah because normal people do it standing
Why’s that

No decline 🤔
What I do spider curls 😈
Bro said chest and shoulder like your not using shoulders on all of them 🤦
Put the fries in the bag Lil Bro
Bro forgot triceps existed
I hope Mario rios sees this
Are The first three 15,30,45 degrees ?
Yes indeed! You can do 15, 30, 45, 60, 70, 77, 85, 90 degrees!
All of them work shoulders but not all of them work chest ☝️🧐
Costs 350 mine was 70 😂
God forbid you do some skull crushers to hit your chest muscles, or curls to hit your shoulders.
Nah 3rd is chest and shoulders
Where's decline
Your forgetting biceps
Defo not every single bench that exists
More like flat chest, incline chest, less chest more shoulder and full shoulder
what’s premium about this💀
Nothing remarkably different. It's actually a poor design coz it can't allow decline exercises unless you lift the front support off the ground.
Do you even lift bro
I am NOT paying $500 for a bench
no decline. pass

Unfortunately no decline
And no motor to drive it to work and it doesn't float either. Doesn't even jerk your Weiner or make a sandwich.
decline is kinda overrated ; dips are better, flat bench is better
Decline is useless. Use flat
Can’t even do decline 😂

Pretty sure you could squat on it too 😂😂😂
Pretty sure shoulders are worked no matter the position lol
Umm... no decline!
