    I have to say these vids are INFINITELY better than the other ones you do. A lot of us can use these explainatory type vids. I've found myself on some of the ones that don't hunting through the comments to find what you're talking about because I don't want to hurt myself. Prime example was the chest press video. I had to hunt to find that you were talking about wrist alignment.

    You'll always get bigger gains even if you use less weight but proper technique. If you
    Shrug your shoulders at all doing shoulders Exercises drop the weight You'll see more progress. You'll see progress quicker But that's just my personal experience and 8 years of working out.

    Don’t over think it. The arm can’t come up without the side delt doing most of the work.

    • @obscure_genesis
      @obscure_genesis 22 дні тому

      Dude your body recruits other muscles too, it's just not that linear. Literally just lean slightly foward and raise at like a 20-30° angle. More side deltoid and less trap activation. Very simple.

    • @HoonsOfWollongong
      @HoonsOfWollongong 22 дні тому

      @@obscure_genesis sure. But it doesn’t actually matter if other muscles like the traps are recruited more or less. They don’t over power the side delt. If the side delt was somehow removed the arm wouldn’t go up.

    • @obscure_genesis
      @obscure_genesis 22 дні тому

      @@HoonsOfWollongong I know, never denied that, I am just saying it doesn't cost you anything and it is just extra isolation. As you push to failure you will inevitably use more traps than if you leaned foward slightly. My point is that it is so simple and you should do it anyways or else you're literally trolling irl because otherwise it is less optimal and less comfortable.
