Every time I hear this song it reminds me of the movie America Graffiti. The Golden years are behind us but we must keep pushing forward. We all have those great memories and songs like this that keep bringing those memories back. God Bless The Beach Boys. Thanks for all the great music you gave us, and it will live forever with us.
Had the privilege of seeing them live at the Ohio State Fair in 1983. I say “privilege”because Brian, Carl & Dennis were all present at this concert. Large inflatable beach balls were bouncing from person to person above the crowds. Even though Brian wasn’t all there mentally yet & Dennis was drinking heavily, it was still a beautiful thing. Dennis sang, “You Are So Beautiful,” but everybody could tell he wasn’t doing well. Everybody cheered. Only a few months later, Dennis was gone.
I' ve seen the Beach Boys in the 1970's and at their 50 th and 60 the Anniversary Concerts, and, they ALWAYS sounded fantastic !! Can't wait to see them again !! Like Ronald Reagan said, they are America's band !!
Remember hearing this happy song on my dad’s vinyl back in the 70’s. One of my favorite BB songs. Carl & Dennis would’ve been proud of this performance!

Every now and then, the radio will play one of their songs. Such BITCHEN memories and great MUSIC & NOT this manufactured, studio, no talent bulls**t the exec's pawn off as music today. Dennis Wilson was my favorite! I'm the dysfunctional one that walks into a room with 1,000 men & I always pick the one with either substance abuse problems, domestic violence and/or severe co-dependency issues.

I love The Beach Boys since 1964 ! I was age 8 in 1964 ! Time sure flies by fast !
before Beatles, for me it was the BB. I am going on almost 60 yrs being a BB fan. I got to catch this tour and it was super. RIP JF.

This song makes you feel the summertime, the beach, and enjoying life. So upbeat. Next to "The Warmth Of The Sun", this is my favorite BB song.

I saw them in the early 70s and a week ago in Galveston, TX. I don't think he sounds the same at all. Most don't after 50 years.
