This was my wife’s dying last wish was for me to live in The Villages she knew I loved golf and on are 3 visits before living here loved the golf cart ride to where ever I wanted to go. Since I came back to The Villages I have lived here for 14 months all I use is the golf cart for grocery shopping, VA, golf, to restaurants or just to get out to drive around in. Since I lived here I only put 170 miles on my car. You ladies do a great job thank you.

My husband and I are friendly but keep more to ourselves, but if we lived in TV I'd definitely try to get myself out there to learn cards, Mahjong and go to the recreational centers etc. I feel as Im getting older I really need more socialization. I think it's so important especially living in the Northeast full time where there's not much to do with others.
Thank you for and my question. We did but something in polo ridge area but rent it out to a nice gentleman year round. We do come visit every year and love it. Not quite ready to move. Still need to work just for health insurance. Hope to meet you someday.
What type of home and which village are you in? Gives a sense of your perspective. Moms been there near Spanish springs 25 years. Sister is in Brownwood 5 years. Thanks. .

Usually if you buy new construction they may need to check the percentages before they agree to sell. 80% of residents must be over 55 in order to maintain their 55+ label. Loved the Q&A ladies. Did you hear that Portillo's is opening a location in Lady Lake...don't know if it will be golf cart accessible or not. I watch 2 other UA-cam channels hosted by people who still work full-time, and they both seem to be living great lives in TV. Awesome! Hope you enjoy! We suggest visiting all three squares, golf (if you like golfing), check out some of the rec centers, go see a concert or show (if you like that type of thing), and use your golf cart for travel. Try to take it all in! It is a big place with lots to see. We hope you enjoy!

I have taken 441/27 from the Orlando Airport to The Villages more than once as opposed to using the Florida Turnpike. Be advised it is a longer drive, but I like stopping in Mount Dora on the way.
Hi Frank! Up where we are in the northern area we don’t feel like we have a lot of mosquitoes. When we have gone to Fenney to listen to music outside, we have been bit up like crazy. That is not to say the areas with homes there have issues. Maybe one of our viewers can chime in and give some thoughts here. If you are in a heavily wooded area, the chances of mosquitoes would be higher. Hope that helps a little! Thanks for always watching!

The Village of Newell...I went there in May...past Sawgrass Grove...go south on Meggison. It's near Mickeylee Pitch & Putt.
