The issue with air over leaf is you take a lot of leaf's out which allows axle wrap. Eventually your leafs will break. I am looking into adding an anti axle wrap link to mine.
@@ssmonte8738 Nice! I was over there not too long ago buying an 85 LTD. I’ll let you know next time I’m out that way, maybe we can cruise if I’m in my Thunderbird
@@ssmonte8738 Are the leaf springs on your galaxy 2.5” or 2”? And did you have to specify how wide they were when you purchased the kit? Thanks man. Appreciate it.

Awesome vid sir I am looking to do the same of my 50 shoebox thanks for all this info
Thanks for the info, i'm doing the same setup on my 53 Cadillac. Your video has great content!!
I'm looking to do the same thing to my 64 Thunderbird let me know how it works out.
I'll try to do a final video once everything is back together. Still sorting a few things out but it seems to work well.
The question I have is, can you daily drive a car with this set up? Especially over the highway at 70mph speeds
That is the eventual goal, so there should be video documenting affirmative or what it takes to get there when the time comes.

Where did you get the bags that you using in the kit?
I listed them in a comment above. Thanks for watching!
Love the build series man! Where in ND are you located? I’m planning on doing this to my 66 T Bird and live in Minot.
Jamestown. Not far away!

Did you get everything dialed in? I’m thinking about doing something like this on my Customline. Thanks for the video man. 👍
Hoping to have it on the road soon. I have some things to address but spring field work has all but stopped the hobby work. haha.
