I currently have the Evox 12. I’m thinking about selling them to buy this system. How is the bass on this system? Is it better? Or less than the Evox 12? I’m really torn about if it’s worth it to upgrade because I love my Evox 12’s so much!
I saw an other video on this product and the reviewer Said in answer to a comment that it can be associed and balanced with a rcf 8004as however a RCF 8006 is a bit too much with it according to this reviewer
They are definitely for different uses. The 515 is much, much clearer and more transparent of a speaker. Which it should be for the price difference. The horn splay is much different as well. They are both great for their intended purposes. We just got in 10 for ourselves.
@@briankelm I think an NX912 will sound better as it has a 12 inch woofer for producing better mid bass than 2x5 inch woofers on the TT515. I also think for small situations you could leave the sub at home with the NX912 :)

Where these shins are as fills. Incredible clean output from a very small package. We just got 10 for that use. The 945’s are incredible. If it was a shootout the 945 as a stand-alone would definitely win!
I thought of buying 945 to pair with 8004s (have 735mk4 not enough) so i thought of ordering a pair of these (515s)to match with subs. Are 515s a good match? (Or are they better with 8003asii)
With pro level gear (eg TT) the price is a secret and you have to make an enquiry to find out. If you can explain the logic behind this please let me know!
@@heatheldridge7127 it’s to protect dealers like ourselves that have been absolutely screwed by some companies we will not name. We field thousands of phone calls a year just for people to buy from these stores despite our prices being more competitive and knowledge base of RCF being much broader.

If you needed to use two 515's per side, would they stack on top of one another?
I don’t think the horns would couple the way they are supposed to like that. I could be wrong though. We will try to find out and let you know.

For ceremonies they definitely will. As far as reception having a sub would be recommended.

Depending on the audience size yes. They can be paired with different subs such as 8004 or 9004. They do t have to be paired with the 808.
With a single powered 18”, would you prefer this over an NX912A for sound quality and overall headroom?

Yes, it would sound good but most 18"subs go 130dB+ The TT515 max is 127dB.
