Another Cracker of a video. Please carry on doing the vlogs as long as you're happy doing them, its about your experience on the cut and we love it! We've worked out what happened when you had the canal boat kiss with that other boat. The guy leaving the tunnel was already flustered because he was a bit late, his wife was probably telling him off for chancing it and then, lo and behold, he came out of the darkness into the light and was dazzled by the sight of your muff coming towards him! Ah that boat's name was "Preston Brook" ... is that a hired boat? Or had folks better be prepared for it if it's an owned boat. Yikes. Great tunnel! I've never smelled wild garlic, not that I know of, guess I better do that, eh? Get my boots on, go find wild garlic! Oh my gosh, the background during the video when you're talking about bits and pieces and damage ... that background is stunningly beautiful, so green, so rich. And oh, that walk was wonderful. I cruised from 1998 until 2016 and you are obviously travelling a lot of the canals I travelled with my late wife. Your vlogs bring back so many memories of our time boating, so please keep videoing. I’ve been living in Australia since 2016 and my boating is limited to an inflatable canoe. I found your vlogs about 2 weeks ago and have reached Ep58. and I’m throughly enjoying them.
Fiddling with your muff? In daylight? Well i never. Yeah, well whatever works best so you do not strand yourself. I suppose stealing diesel from boats was innevitable, the oiks steal diesel/petrol from where ever they can, i'd hold their hands under the prop if i ever caught them. Take care and keep that radiant smile, cheers me up every time i see it. As to the wild garlic (Ramsons), years ago we "borrowed", some, took it home in the boot of the car, which stank for weeks, but no flies,and now have it growing under all my hedges and on the margins, use it regularly for cooking/ freezing.

Good to see you again lasts Sunday with my drinking and driving mobility scooter Mum, I broke down half way through the Preston Brook canal 12 years and had to use my hands to push us through, your vlog gave me flashbacks 🤣

This is your diary, if you want it to be a record of all your weeks then just keep filming and logging your progress. you never know when something really exciting is going to come along, Just like that numpty kissing your boat as they are not paying 100% attention and drift onto your side of the canal. I just enjoy the peace and tanquility of your travels.

Go where you like - we'll always be there. Congratulations in completing The Cheshire Ring. 3 months? Who cares! Love the new microphone. Good in windy weather. Good job the bump didn't cause any serious damage. Watching the video again, the driver wasn't looking where he was going. He was looking inside his cabin because his head popped up just before impact. Well piloted through Preston Brook Tunnel. I really enjoyed the visit to Longacre Wood - what a beautiful place. Ah, so you are the Rum Wench. Passed you a couple of weeks ago, I remember the boat well but not exactly where you were moored - probably around Middlewich. You're very much on our home patch in this video - we live just down the lane from the Daresbury Lab, and keep our boat in Preston Brook marina. Always nice to see a video of familiar waters.

I watched this episode first thing in the morning so the sequence in the woodland was perfect, with the light, plant life and the bird song. That has set me up for the day. Keep doing what you do and ignore the grumpies who don't appreciate the view from the boat. I love everything you do.
Love listening to the sound of your boats engine. I find it very restful. Don't usually like engines but does remind me of an old tractor I learnt to drive on many many years ago. To me all of the places you go are new. Even when seen on other channels. Places are always changing or are so beautiful or interesting, who cares if you've seen it before, I don't, never boring! Always something new even in familiar places.
You just cant beat a muff with some fluff to keep the noise down 😂😂 it’s up to you where you want to film and cruise. Like a lot of people have said already most of us are here because of you, so if you’re tired of filming I get it you have to do what makes you happy. Good job the bump didn't cause any serious damage. Watching the video again, the driver wasn't looking where he was going. He was looking inside his cabin because his head popped up just before impact. Well piloted through Preston Brook Tunnel.

Ah, so you are the Rum Wench. Passed you a couple of weeks ago, I remember the boat well but not exactly where you were moored - probably around Middlewich. You're very much on our home patch in this video - we live just down the lane from the Daresbury Lab, and keep our boat in Preston Brook marina. Always nice to see a video of familiar waters.

I watched this episode first thing in the morning so the sequence in the woodland was perfect, with the light, plant life and the bird song. That has set me up for the day. Keep doing what you do and ignore the grumpies who don't appreciate the view from the boat. I love everything you do.

Love listening to the sound of your boats engine. I find it very restful. Don't usually like engines but does remind me of an old tractor I learnt to drive on many many years ago.
To me all of the places you go are new. Even when seen on other channels. Places are always changing or are so beautiful or interesting, who cares if you've seen it before, I don't, never boring! Always something new even in familiar places.
