I just got home from a 5 or is it 6 day weekend played a 20 minute set at the festival. Then took the caravan up to the hot springs . Squeaky clean now. Wish I could trade our hot weather for your rain. Surrounded by fires not too close but always a smokie haze . Good to see the little fellow and wish I could have been at that music session. It was great to come home to your video.stay happy.

I loved my childhood running free in our port town of Lyttelton in New Zealand (It's in a very old extinct volcano) . Climbing the hills with cousins and just the small town community. Lol the pirate trade might be small but you could be in the rum trade. Fingers crossed you get a few more trading days before Winter creeps in. Take care =-)
Great vlog again I know I mentioned mentioned it might be interesting doing a vlog on diesel v solid fuel stove thanks for doing it. We have a coal cage in our stove we burn about 30kg a week we run it 24/7 so a bag and a half if 20 kg bag we do burn bits of forreged wood but not much

Was great meeting up and trading together Heidi. Anderton was a bit crappy but personally speaking it's all experience. You like to relax with your bra off, I always look forward to relaxing with my denture out 😂
When you are moored up for a couple of days out in the countryside what do you do i.e., what do you do with your time? Chores? Walks? Reading? Exercising? Birding? Knitting? (I've run out of ideas). When I watch vlogs (not just your channel) it seems that they usually start with the cruise and someone will say "we've been in this beautiful spot for 2 days and now we are moving on" and I say to the folks on my screen "what did you DO in that beautiful spot?!!!" but of course they don't hear me. Part of the intrigue/curiosity for me of living the narrowboat life is wondering how different/same everyday living is. Maybe the beautiful spot has something unique to offer.
Ahoy, as shown in other videos I unfortunately have to work .. I have a badge making business which keeps me quite busy and then I spend a lot of time biking, walking to find the nearest post office to where I am moored which often takes me on new adventures …. Obviously there are the usual chores such as cleaning, shopping etc finding the nearest shop can be a mission … then I have editing to do - each video takes me about 15 hrs to edit together .. I don’t get much down time as boat life can be very hectic as it isn’t easy, I have to generate my own power, empty toilets, fill with water etc but there is a lot of socialising living on a boat with fellow boaters etc 😃🏴☠️

When you are moored up for a couple of days out in the countryside what do you do i.e., what do you do with your time? Chores? Walks? Reading? Exercising? Birding? Knitting? (I've run out of ideas). When I watch vlogs (not just your channel) it seems that they usually start with the cruise and someone will say "we've been in this beautiful spot for 2 days and now we are moving on" and I say to the folks on my screen "what did you DO in that beautiful spot?!!!" but of course they don't hear me. Part of the intrigue/curiosity for me of living the narrowboat life is wondering how different/same everyday living is. Maybe the beautiful spot has something unique to offer.
Ahoy, as shown in other videos I unfortunately have to work .. I have a badge making business which keeps me quite busy and then I spend a lot of time biking, walking to find the nearest post office to where I am moored which often takes me on new adventures …. Obviously there are the usual chores such as cleaning, shopping etc finding the nearest shop can be a mission … then I have editing to do - each video takes me about 15 hrs to edit together .. I don’t get much down time as boat life can be very hectic as it isn’t easy, I have to generate my own power, empty toilets, fill with water etc but there is a lot of socialising living on a boat with fellow boaters etc 😃🏴☠️
