Honestly as much as it was tragic losing mitch, a lot of phenomenal frontman stepped up and delivered possibly one of THE best shows I've ever seen. Respect to suicide silence for initiating the show without their main leader, and respect to all these other frontmen that took time to perform their best for such a tragic loss. RIP Mitch and thank you metal fans who keep the spirit alive even after unfortunate events

Plenty of OSDM vocalists match him in many ways with gutturals. His technique for his lows is a modified version of what slam and tech death bands have done for decades. Frank Mullen, Lord Worm, Ruben Rosas, Wayne Knupp, Glenn Benton, Chris Barnes, and Antti Boman all come to mind when I think of old school vocalists who had or still have insane low gutturals. Where he shines is his fluidity switching between techniques, his ability to project, overall sense of cadence and melody, and the overall consistency of his sound.
