Listening to Sav's comments: Made me think about my own shadow work journey. Sometimes we as guys (specifically Black men) can be a little rigid or hard. We also don't tap into our emotions as much as we should. I've had to really do a lot of self work, just to learn and understand myself more. For future tough stains use Goo gone. I swear to you it is the most amazing stain remover ever it gets off everything wine, mustard, motor oil, my hubby’s mechanic goo gone be getting off all that nasty grease and grime. And it does not leave an oily residue like you think it would. I swear I swear I swear, try it girl you gotta try it.

But I just want to say you both make me so happy to see positive , happy and healthy Christian spouses still having fun all the time and just being yourself warms my heart ❤️ also seeing how sav is so confident in all changes that happen with her body makes me feel better in whatever stage of life I am with my body . Selfish, but you kinda feel like you’re looking yourself & feeling a bit insecure. Men can try to be as supportive
As possible & say they understand, but they will never be able to completely understand. I know men go through
Their emotions also when having kids, but we women are a whole other story💖

You can see baby boy is going to be bigger. Like I said, my babies were 9 pounds 4oz - 10 ponds, & my last was 11 pounds 3oz.

Take magnesium at night for your leg cramps! I’m on an iron supplement too and magnesium helps counteract the cramps
Sav, My whole 3rd pregnancy I felt like it was a major mistake. Naomi did I get pregnant just as fast as you did After having 1, I was also being beat on. 22 with 2 kids and one on THE and way. I was scared. But I made it!!!! You'll be fine!!!
Potassium supplement will fix the cramps/charley horse thing.

I had two boys and then a girl….boys are the very sweetest because they love and protect their moms ❤️boys LOVE their moms and are so sweet and innocent.girls are equally as precious, but in a “ companionable girlie way.💕you will LOVE your precious boy too,especially if he is like his Dad. I know Josh will be thebest Dad and teach his boy to respect and protect the girls in his family….your family will feel more complete. I bet you will want your boy to have a brother.❤️….so he can also have a family member to do stuff with and be close to….just teach them to love each other❤️ and not compete with each other for attention.
I had Charlie horses all the time being pregnant with my son and you have to stretch out your leg and lift your foot up to straighten it up and walk on your leg and drink more fluids.

As soon as baby boy comes out, you're going to be that boy mom. They dont sat Mamas boy/daddys girl for nothing. The bond is different as it is with mom/daughter and dad/son. The girls are going to be baby brothers second mama his protectors. Its sweet. He'll fit in and you'll say oh he was missing piece. Its a beautiful thing. I'm happy for you all to experience that.

Sav, I don’t know if you know this but many moons ago when I was pregnant my Lamaze teacher told us when you get a leg cramp straighten your leg and push out your heal, It really works. Good luck with that.❤️

I had 3 girls and one boy. Carrying my son was lower and more in my hips and I carried the girls higher. What I see is your Carrying lower so that might be why your more uncomfortable. I was bigger my 3rd pregnancy. You still look beautiful no matter how different you feel thus time. Women glow when they are pregnant. Hugs to you all
I had the leg cramps so bad three nights in a row right before I found out i was anemic too! they hurt so bad.. im 32 weeks now and havent had them since :) hopefully you dont again either!!
Works for me; if you put a dab of tooth paste on your pimple before you go to sleep it helps it go away so much faster!
Also I ALWAYS look at the menu before I go so I know what I'm getting before I go in 😂
I used to get Charlie horses when i was on iron supplements also. mostly in the middle of the night and they are SOO painful the only thing that helped me is bending my foot upwards and pulling my toes up on that foot as much as I possibly can. you could get Josh to help if needed by pushing your foot up also to reeeally stretch the back of the calf but yeah that usually helps relieve it for me.

I deal with Charlie Horse's (leg cramps) as well and I also deal with Anemia. My Doctor told me its due to Low Potassium and so I just take over the counter potassium 1x a day. TRUS ME WHEN I SAY TO GO AHEAD AND START TAKING IT NOW BECAUSE IF THEY GIVE IT TO YOU AT TYE HOSPITAL, THEY GIVE THROUGH YOUR IV AND OMG IT HURTS SO BAD!! I dont me to scare you but you really don want it to be put in your IV!!❤🙏👣🙏👣🙏👣🙏

I recommend looking into raw milk from a local dairy when you're back home in Oregon. Raw milk has undamaged magnesium, which will help tremendously with you being anemic. If you're lactose, make sure the milk is A2/A2. A2 doesn't have the lactose casein that some poeple can't digest. All dairys in Oregon are required to test their cows for TB monthly. I buy from a diary in Prineville, OR who delivers to Portland monthly, but they're milk is A1/A2. All my aches and pains are gone since consuming raw milk and I'm no longer anemic. ❤ blessings
