MM FIT: Ballet Beautiful Class With Mary Helen Bowers at colette, Paris

This former ballerina of New York City Ballet company for 10 years trains American celebrities and supermodels. But she was particularly known for having train actress Natalie Portman for her role Academy-Award role in "Black Swan" which resulted into an amazing physics as great dancer.
Today, Mary Helen gives group classes in studio she titled " Ballet Beautiful", also through her online videos available for everybody. Very physical (I train once to twice a week, and the pain is always tough), her exercises will not only help you tone your muscles but develop a long and sleek physique.
Mary Helen Bowers was in Paris March 1st for Fashion Week. And as each season for several years, she organized a private class in the middle of the colette store. After class, we discussed about Ballet Beautiful.
