Nice video. I have two questions. (Noob here) 1. Can't we just simply plug the USB into some PC with a Windows environment and copy all the roms we want? Or this just isn't possible. What's the easiest and fastest way to copy the lots of roms? 2. For FBNeo, does Batocera needs the same method "clrmamepro" or whatever that was for the romset? Or any romset works fine in it. Can't wait to see Mega Drive collection on it. (Might ask more questions later) Thanks in advance.
@@michaeldunn5788 an external hdd plugged in and hit f1 will launch the terminal and you drag and drop or copy the games from the external then you just paste
@@trelainshinholster6916 i use this for quickly replicating another batocera HDD, if you connect as an external drive and use the F1 terminal, you copy and paste all folders in SHARE1 into your internal HDD’s SHARE folder like at the moment i’m upgrading to ssd, so i’ve taken out the 250gb hdd full of games themes movies etc and am using that as an external drive to copy over to the SSD which is now internal in the laptop. it’s much much faster than FTP imo
How come when I add Roms they show up in the list but are blank with artwork and when I select to play, it goes to a black screen and then back to the game list. It won’t play.
I had this problem becuase i was using Batocera 64...but my comp was only 32 so i used the older version of Batocera and it runs on my old emachine now. hmu if you want help still with finding the video that helped me. gl

Windows do not suppot linux file system, but you can copy from another linux, in recent versions, this is the unique methoc, srry bad englsh

Its asking me to enter network credentials to connect to BATOCERA????
type linux in user and leave password blank worked for me it will open share folder
