I've tried the devil Mountain coffee. It smelled like dirt (earthly) with smokiness and essence of mint. It tasted the same. I didn't particularly find it a pleasing either. Not a bad coffee. Has high amount of caffeine. No jitters. No bitter. Just not for me because I do not like earthly,smokey, and mint flavor profile.
Buying coffee is similar to wine tasting. In wine tasting you smell it first before tasting it. I recommend you Go to the local store, grab a bag of coffee, give it a squeeze, and smell the aroma coming out of the hole on the bag. Majority of the time the way it smells is the way it's going to taste from my experience.
You need to review High Voltage Coffee Co. from Australia if you can get your hands on it.
If you want a Great Coffee that tastes more Exactly as the usual way you would remember how Coffee Smells like, go with Devil Mountain Black Label + Pete's House Blend! (Although not on this video though.)
Deathwish is the best I have tried so far. Grind as fine as possible, using a stainless steel 400 mesh triple filter in a perculator. 1.0oz per 12 cups of water.
I tried it drunk two cups and went to sleep 🤷🏿♂️
Try Lucifer's Roast. It's crazy! It's way stronger than DeathWish although the latter tastes better.

I've heard a lot that the more you toast the grain of coffee the less caffeine it will pack as you're literally burning it in the roasting process, so it's strange for me to know that these ones are super black
Probably because they're all robusta coffee. Robusta has about twice the caffeine of arabica but tastes pretty bad (at least by itself. It can be good in a blend with arabica) so needs to be roasted more to cover it up.
FYI, TAFT Coffee from Turkey is the strongest coffee in the world. It has almost 23000 milligrams of caffeine per kilogram.

Great vlog but i didn't get what i wanted out of it which was the one that had the most caffeine kick. I was looking for the strongest caffeine buzz. You only focused on taste.

i got devil mountain and drank 6 cups of it felt absolutely nothing i might have gotten a bad batch but ive looked at reviews on amazon where i bought it and many others say the same that their isnt anywhere close to the caffeine content it claims.
Do you have a suggestion of a better brand? I'm interested because I'm currently a devil mountain addict, and I would genuinely love to break this addiction... LOL I used to love murdered out from BRCC but now my favorite coffee tastes like water. The devil has ruined me... I need a new fix lol
Extra Fancy Kona coffee is lovely too. But I feel exactly the same as your comment about death wish coffee, I swear I drank a whole pot and went to bed... And it warns you to drink only one cup! I was thinking "I'll drink this and clean the house, workout or get some stuff done " and well.. I got to catch up on sleep.. maybe that was too much and it caused the opposite effect I'm positively unsure . But I really want one that is as it claims. :)

I had some coffee b4 that used beans that came with higher caffeine amounts but some i cant find anymore anf some wont mail my way anymore from company site. I had from java factory roasters the bomb double caffeine bold dark roast, wake the fuck up that id find in hot sauce stores and shock coffee. Some of these coffees i could not waite to wake up n have. If yer used to it right kinda buzz or need a little more,but dont have for a while amd a cup can e a bit much. Cheers☕

That’s so judgmental. Lmao I remember attending a heavy metal music festival and the churches protested called us all sinners and even attacked parents with kids with Mohawks saying we raising them to fallow the devil. The thing is that the headliner bands that they protested against where actually Christian metal bands. Their name was “devil wears Prada” it’s legit making fun of the devil the tones and sounds of the band sounds scary but the lyrics are all about beating the devil and the god having power. Don’t judge shit off just a title. We got many lands that sounds bad . For example I live near Death Valley. It’s not Santanic. The devils mountain is a real mountain. But it’s not supporting no devil. So why avoid it just over a name? The devil ain’t getting paid or a pledge to your souls for drinking coffee with the word devil in it. Also some religions such as Mormon it’s a sin to drink coffee period! Y’all are sinners and u think the worst thing u can do is drink a cup of coffee with the word devil in it? Meanwhile I read a book that mentions “devil” a million times and most religious peoples insults be “ that’s the devil speaking “ oh no “devil lettuce” or “that sounds like a devil” y’all use the word devil as a term to describe something bad or strong. Don’t deny a brand that says the word “devil” in it because it don’t make you a sinner. It’s like a murderer who drank something that named god. Or even named “god Saves” or even if they had a cross as a decor don’t mean they are a person of god right? Suit here I am writing a lot to try to teach someone like you common sense
