    You are living proof that one doesn't need to pay for expensive gym memberships, buy unaffordable equipment, and have a large real estate devoted to boxing... A few square meters, a pair of gloves, a rope for skipping, some kind of bag if possible... all the rest is good will and... a GREAT COACH! :) Thank you again!

    Love this warm up, I do it 3 days a week before work out and honestly you start feeling stronger and more agile after week 2. Awesome thx coach.

    There is only one word: fantastic. I've just started again after 16 years of total lack of activity. Your workout is fantastic to get back into gear and into shape. After years of just putting on the weight, just doing this work out every day for a week, I've dropped 4 kilos and I'm gonna have to buy a new belt for my jeans. A big thank you.

    Just stepped up to this one with the weight vest on, and man, that extra really adds up. Way harder than 2. The ones by count are actually 60% more than level 2. Finally starting to feel a little more fluid with the pivot shuffles on each side, and this thing is money for building up that stamina. I love how it scales and keeps providing value as I push for more intensity.

      Hagler used to run in boots and Sugar ray wore ankle weights. At the end of the day its more how you train. If you train fast you'll be fast, if you train for stamina you'll have stamina. Boots and weights won't do much if the training itself is weak.

    Before the gym closed we used to do stuff like this for an hour a day. It was impossible to do squats later 😂
    Btw. Ali's front foot on the shuffle is placed on heel, not toes

    What do you do as a boxer? When you run a lot and cant gain muscle

      Its VERY hard to gain muscle as a boxer if you are training hard. Boxing is primarily an endurance sport. That being said, you must absolutely do strength training regularly, and possibly increase your total calories (primarily protein). As well as increase sprints for conditioning and decrease the long runs.

    Yo, coaCh eye’d lk 2 sEE moRe mit and spar worK…also what u think aBout fight mersive? EyE feeL lk if you hAd maybe thA same concept buT a comprehensive gaming aspect for beginners and levels that get harder maybe using A.I. with each character getting harder to beat but as tha aspect is beaten/mastered ppL could moVe on to spar n pad work w/you but live.
