Southend Airshow 2012 from the Airport

I was advised by my girlfriend to avoid the seafront due to stupid size crowds, so I decided against making a trip on Sunday and checked out the new setup at the airport (and ignored Duxford). Met some nice people in glorious weather! Nice to see the typhoons back, although unfortunately the fence is slightly too high, even despite my use of an old broken kitchen stool. Includes Easyjet and Aer Arran movements in addition to airshow traffic.

that good one yes it is worthwhile being at the airport to see in and out .i think typhoon is awesome

agreed there its amazing at the airport the sea front is insane with the amount of people.
