Stow Maries May Fly In and Vintage Airshow

15th May 2016 - Booked 4 slots at the Fly In and Vintage Airshow for the Nayland Squadron. However, only 2 of us were able to make the 11.30 times. It was a very busy circuit but an enjoyable and interesting day out. Not an epic trip in terms of distance but good to support local airfields

It's a crying shame that they have put so much work into Stow Maries and picked up a large lottery or some kind of grant only to be virtually shut down by their local authority. The airfield is closed to all but a few resident pilots although the museum is open.
