they were never going to be exact. I try to cook the food all by myself and add ingredients to my recipes on my fitness pal manually. you just need an idea of how much you are putting inside your body. It will never going to be exact you just need to have a good estimate. I would advise you to watch Ekansh Taneja's and other youtube's full day of eating. If you are trying to loose weight learn how to cook without oil or with just 5-6g of oil.
