      they were never going to be exact. I try to cook the food all by myself and add ingredients to my recipes on my fitness pal manually. you just need an idea of how much you are putting inside your body. It will never going to be exact you just need to have a good estimate. I would advise you to watch Ekansh Taneja's and other youtube's full day of eating. If you are trying to loose weight learn how to cook without oil or with just 5-6g of oil.

    Soya had low bio availability and u won't get 50 gram ...
    Boiled soya has around 20gram protein per 100gm

      100gm me 20gm milega ye wrong hai
      Soy products complete protein sources hai
      But unki digestibility thodi kam hoti hai so 100grams me jo 52grams hota hai wo completely absorb nahi hota body me
      Jo ki bada issue nahi hai as long as you're hitting your overall protein goal
